We came to know Brett through the corgi service and maintenance scheme on too much of an ad hoc basis due to their processes, more impressed with Brett than other peers, his approach and valued advice.
We now engage with Brett Brett directly, he is prompt, does a great job, really good engineer whose diagnosis and remedial solutions are first class,
Really pleased with his advice and recommendations and service over the intervening years which we trust.

Communication was excellent, Brett explained what was needed to make our fire safe. Fire looks and performs like new. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service. Brett has been fantastic from start to finish, having had two other companies out to identify a leak in the system, they couldn't confidently say it was the boiler. One conversation with Brett, provided a simple process we could do to confirm it was definitely boiler, he then provided a great service to quote and install a new boiler, with no mess and did a really thorough job, will definitely recommend!

We were guided through the process of agreeing a specification for our new boiler then having it fitted with Brett giving a full explanation of each and every piece of advice. He accommodated each of our own requirements and we are (ten days later) fully satisfied with how our heating and its controls are now working.
