God service!!
3 different days of waiting with no product in sight...
I rang the company 3 times in total over approximately a 2 hour span, and I talked with both Camilla and Isabella. While Isabella was polite and helpful, Camilla on the other hand, was far from costumer minded and was really provocative.
I told Camilla I had been waiting for my closet 3 different days without so much as an excuse to follow, for not delivering as promissed... 3 times in a row! I suggested that they could leave my packages inside a my hallway but then she started saying, that the had to follow the rules, and needed confirmation through a text.
So you can follow guidelines and rules with it comes to delivering packages, but not the actual deadline for your costumers, which pays your salaries? Down right outrages and a joke!
Maybe you shouldn't hire employees which can't handle negative responses as you can't uphold your ends of delivering costumer goods!

The absolute worst I have ever experienced.
My order was expected to arrive on the 27th between 12-16. Four days in a row I received a message saying, “your package will arrive tomorrow between X-Y, we will call 30 minutes before”. I waited around EACH DAY without the package arriving and without a message apologizing or rescheduling. Just another sms hours later saying, “your package is coming tomorrow”. There is a reason I arranged for it to be delivered Wednesday. I have a job and a life, and don’t have time to wait around for disorganized people day after day. It finally arrived today and the delivery men were rude and dismissive. Awful experience.

Package arrived as expected and at the agreed upon time, so no complaints there, and the only reason for it not being a one star - but with close to no warning the delivery guy startet to take pictures of me in the halls of my appartment? deeply unprofessional!
I felt lucky to even receive my package!
I felt lucky to even receive my package. It was just exactly placed inside the entrance to the apartment complex, the very closest to the front door as possible... There was no calling on the door phone or knocking on my door, even though the exact address was on the package. I'm amazed they even got into the building and how little service they provided for a package that could be delivered any time in the huge timeframe 8-21. I only got a text from BFT that the package was delivered. No photos or anything, like I can see others are writing about. If they actually knocked at my door or placed the package outside my apartment door, they would have gotten more stars. 5 stars if they could estimate the delivery time better and reach out prior to the delivery. But at this service level 2 stars are sufficient, because I did get the package after all.

Absolutely amazing service! I didn’t get his name but he deserves a medal! I thought I had bought delivery into the specific room, but something must have gone wrong in the system because it didn’t say so. Nevertheless the lovely delivery man still brought up the bed to the second floor! Thank you so much, made my day!

Most disappointing experience.
Had a sofa delivered by them, where the driver didn't bother to deliver it and just registered that we weren't home. My boyfriend waited for him in the cold for 20 minutes, while the driver never picked up his phone again.
Totally unreliable and disappointing.
Was forced to experience this since Føtex sends their large parcels with them.

2500 DKK package left outside, in front of my building
I get a call from the driver. The conversation as it follows:
Driver: We will be at the address in 30min.
Me: Yes, I’m home.
Driver: Ok, be ready in 30min. Bye.
After 45min with no calls received I go downstairs to take the garbage and I find the package left in front of the building, outside, where anyone could’ve taken it. They didn’t try to call the door or call me on my phone. Responsibility level ZERO. Ridiculous!
The package was worth 2.500 Danish Kroner.
Also, the package was hit with a big whole in the middle, from the corner of another box. Unoliving, the company that uses their services are asking their customers to check their packaging upon arrival. How am I supposed to do that when they drop it outside and run away? Unbelievable!
Worst delievery ever
All packages was just thrown from the van to the ground, and was left their so everybody could have taken them. They two guys who delievered the shipment smashed several bottles of vine to another customer on our ground andleft it in our garbage can for paper, and several pieces of glass on the ground.
We saw the two guys, but none of them said anything about what had happend. We only found out shortly after they left our house.
