What a great service this company provides we had Kevin for our journey to Manchester airport both there and return to our home lovely man Kevin very thoughtful and considerate and made our journey safe start to finish i can recommend them enough you will very happy with the service very easy to arrange massive thank you Kevin for or comfortable safe return Ian jay and Jamie Knott end.

We regularly use this taxi company and always have a great experience from start to finish. The booking process is quick and easy, and the driver always arrive right on time. The car/mini bus are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the journey really pleasant.

We've used this company on several occasions and for each one we were impressed with the ease of booking and the professionalism of the drivers. We were updated with details of pickups in good time and the whole process was very reassuring.

Our experience was perfect, boasting an outstanding price and an easy booking system. The minibus provided was spacious, spotless, and comfortably fit our family of five, leaving plenty of room for our luggage. Both Mark and Curtis, our drivers, were friendly and effective throughout our trips. From beginning to end, communication was exemplary, with no issues whatsoever. I highly endorse this service and will undoubtedly use it again.

Excellent as ever. I book online now rather than calling, works a treat. You are updated on confirmation, updated a few days before with who's picking you up and while you are away for the return leg. The last trip we had two sets of ski bags, 6 cases and 5 people and were all very comfortable.

The experience was flawless, with an excellent rate and a seamless booking process. The minibus was roomy, immaculate, and comfortably accommodated our family of five along with ample luggage space. Our drivers, Mark and Curtis, were both amiable and efficient on our journeys. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, with zero problems encountered. I wholeheartedly recommend this service and will certainly choose it again in the future.

Everything was perfect, great price, booking process, spacious and super clean minibus that fit us all in (family of 5) with lots of luggage, there was lots of room. Friendly, efficient drivers there and back (Mark & Curtis). Communication throughout was brilliant and no issues at all.

We normally drive to the airport and find it very stressful, so decided to book a taxi. We were delighted with BFW Transfers as it was easy to book and pay over the phone with Dave and he sent us a receipt immediately with all the details.
Both our drivers were lovely, smiling, friendly, helpful and professional people. On September 25th Richard arrived on time with a clean warm car and Lee was waiting for us when we arrived back at the airport on October 12th. We would have no hesitation in recommending BFW Transfers and their drivers and they certainly took all the stress out of this part of our holiday.

even when we had our holiday cancelled and we had to change pick up times etc they were very accommodating and couldn't do any more to help.

We had a fantastic experience with this company! They’ve got a huge Volkswagen van that can comfortably fit seven of us, and the price was super reasonable. On the way back, there was a little mix-up with the flight, but Dave handled it so well that we ended up back home safe and sound.

Plus, they provided two child seats, which was a huge help. The driver, Mark, was so polite, drove like a champ, and even helped us with our luggage.

I can’t say enough good things about them! We’ve already booked BFW again for transfers in 2026.

Travelling alone Manchester airport to Fleetwood and return. The drivers were prompt, smart and helpful. The vehicles were later models and immaculate inside and out. The communication was clear and concise from the start and instructions where to find the car at the airport were excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, the price is fair for the service and I will use them again on my next trip.

Great communication before the trips and in the day. Both drivers were on time, friendly and even dropped me off at a different address as we forgot to say when booking which wasn’t a problem clean cars and very professional. Great price too would definitely recommend this company
