The company is a legitimate trading partner for regular people to invest 1% of their initial investment and trade together. Receiving profit sharing amongst investors. It was founded by the real Professor Stephen. I started trading my account and so far I have a 100% win rate and making money on a daily basis
I have not invested with BG Wealth Sharing or DSJEX, but I have spent a significant amount of time researching this opportunity after members of the public asked me to look into it. Everything below is based solely on publicly available information, screenshots provided by users, and official regulatory notices published online.
In my opinion, there are very concerning red flags that anyone considering this platform should be aware of:
• The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a public warning stating that BG Wealth Sharing / DSJEX may be offering financial services without authorisation. This is easily verifiable on the FCA’s official website.
• The platform heavily promotes referral-based rewards and “team building bonuses,” which resemble the structure of many high-risk schemes I have previously investigated.
• Multiple certificates circulating online — allegedly showing government licences or regulatory approval — do not match the formatting, validation numbers, or verification methods of genuine certificates issued by the regulators mentioned.
• Numerous users have contacted me privately claiming they are unable to withdraw funds or have experienced unexplained account freezes. I cannot verify each claim individually, but the consistency of the reports was enough to concern me.
• The platform claims to hold registrations with major regulators (SEC, ASIC, MAS, DFSA, etc.), but when I checked the corresponding public registers, I could not locate BG Wealth Sharing, DSJEX, or the named individuals.
I am not saying what this company is or is not — I am simply sharing what I found through careful research so everyday people can make informed decisions before risking their money.
If you are considering using this platform, please verify all licences independently, check your country’s financial regulator, and never rely solely on screenshots or documents shared in group chats.
I am posting this review only to help protect consumers who may not be aware of these issues.
