Damaged Items
I have received my order last Thursday and saw that two of the items were damaged, I have sent an email immediately to address the issue (same day) and provided photos of the damaged goods and a video showing what the damages are. The items remain unopened but until now, no one has responded to my emails it's super frustrating that the service is very slow. I really loved the coffee table albums but I might just order somewhere else.

Very bad service
Very bad service. I still have not received my package and neither any communication of the status and more than 3 week has passed. I contact customer service and they take long to respond and the first time they have gave me wrong information saying that my package has arrived which has turn out to not be my package. I’m still waiting for them to let me know where is my package and when will finally arrive. I had paid more that 600dkk for the product and getting concern if I have gotten scam. First and last time ordering from them.

The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website was a bit confusing to get to where I needed and the options sometimes can be too many. Although most likely you will find what you need there =)
Can definitely recommend! Will be buying more frames from here =)
