HORRIBLE Customer service

AVOID this company! I bought a mirror with LED lights behind it, which do not work. Only the button lights up and when you press it, nothing happens. But this is not the biggest problem.. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Takes days to reply and does not want to help me. She told me to call an electrician. Mind you, this is a VERY simple installation that we've done many times and had no issues with. I am not paying for an electrician to tell me the mirror does not work..Will then the company refund me for the electrician cost after he determines the mirror is faulty? Because that cost would be 3x the mirror.
Then I sent her a photo of the issue and she tells me that the cord did not come with the mirror and that's why she cant help. The short white cord was literally INSIDE the box. So their customer service does not even know the basic product specifications.
Too bad, the webshop has nice stuff but I don't trust them because of their customer service and their unwillingness to help. You should really check who you hire as your customer service representative. After all, they represent your brand.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately is is anonymous, so we are not really sure which errand and order it is regarding.
We do have a range of mirror that requires permanent installation, typically larger bathroom mirrors. In Norway these kind of installations, needs to be done by a authorized electrician. These mirrors are marked in produkt description with this information. 
However, we recently have discovered that we have one mirror that by en error from the manufacturer has been delivered with a plug, that should not have been included, regarding the mirror Rumination LED 70x90 cm 51082609. If the claim is regarding this mirror, please await an reply email from customer service, or contact our customer service by chat, or email info@bgafotobutikk.no

Experience in the store is very poor

Experience in the store is very poor. The lady who works there doesnt have a clue on what customer service is. It is almost as if I was an annoyance by being in the shop.

Plexiglass frames

I recently bought two plexiglass frames and was initially a bit disappointed, as they looked cloudy and scratched. After I mentioned this here, the store pointed out that there’s a protective film on both sides of the plexiglass. While I had removed the outer one, I completely missed the inner film. Once I peeled it off, the prints look beautiful! These frames are definitely a great budget-friendly option. Thanks to the team for their quick and helpful response.

Thank you very much for your review;
I believe, however, that you have forgotten to remove the protective film that is on both sides of the acrylic glass. This can be difficult to spot, but if you peel a little at a corner with a nail, you can get hold of a film that can be pulled off. The film is transparent and fits tightly against the glass, but if you take it off, the glass behind will be crystal clear and free of scratches.
If you have removed both protective films and there are still scratches, you should contact us at info@bgafotobutikk, so we can take a closer look at the matter. The glasses should, of course, be crystal clear and flawless.

It's straight to the trash

For the price I paid, I expected at least a wooden frame, and that's not what I received. The frame is useless because it warps when I try to hang it on the wall. It's straight to the trash.

We’re sorry to hear that the frame didn’t meet your expectations. The frame you purchased is a narrow frame in a large size, which means it needs to be mounted with the back panel attached for stability, and it shouldn’t be carried or lifted from one side only.
