I have ordered (order # 100016104) the mobile phone on 16-Aug-14, but its not shipped even after 60 days even after following up with customer care. They do not refund money. And there 100% moneyback guarantee is fake. On web site its given that if they fail to shipped the product in 30 days they will refund the money. In my case its almost 75 days now and i havent recieved any refund or not even a mail / call from bhaap.com about the refund.
