If I could give this company zero stars I would. Have been trying to call and email for a week with no response. Have been on hold over two hours with no help and no options for callbacks. The agent assigned when we first signed up all calls go straight to his voicemail.
DO NOT USE!

Never received a policy to review; they never pick up the phone; when I called to cancel after I sold my car, I couldn't reach them except by e-mail. I am glad I wasn't stranded somewhere with a broken down car! I still have not received a refund. I only had the coverage for 3 months and no claims. They are holding $1500 of my money.

Don't do business with this company because I was scammed. They offered me a good rate on an auto warranty and I paid by credit card. I had 30 days to review the contract but they never sent me anything so I called to cancel and can't get anyone on the phone and I have been on hold for 45 minutes.

I dealt with many different companies and everyone sounded shady. BH auto protect held my hand from beginning to end I’m very happy with the outcome.

I bought this policy a few months back and I had an issue with my car. I took it to my dealer and my dealer dealt with BH Auto Protect and they paid out the full claim directly to my dealership.

Nate, Jake and the team were awesome, they helped me with my car and made sure I got my car fixed in a timely manner. What was supposed to take a week to repair took only 2 days. Thank you guys.

My car was having issues I took it to my local dealer and was really surprised how easy BH auto protect made the process. They took care of everything from A-Z and paid the shop directly so nothing came out of my pocket. I got my car quicker than I thought and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not a huge fan of car warranty companies, but they always seem shady and never really helpful when you call in. Thankfully, I only used a warranty twice, the first was from the dealer which SUCKED!!! The second was with Bh Auto Protect and damn was I impressed. Had my car back within a week, the claim and resolution was smooth. No out of pocket costs for me and was connected with a rental car only for 4 days. Good experience, can't complain and can only boast. I recommend looking into them, Geico and others sound huge and great but I like the hands on approach I received and was very happy with the experience.
