I ordered a pair of Bandolino boots. Came wrong size. After several email exchanges, I receive a full refund including shipping. I appreciate it. However, I think that boots were not genuine Bandolino boots. Box was real but damaged. Boots were wrong number and I think they are not genuine.

Ordered over $400 worth of items. Received one defective item $6.99 and one wrong size item $11.99. I sent two emails (Wed and sat) , no response . I called today, Mon, someone immediately answered and told me to email pictures . I did, they wanted more pics, then they wanted sku numbers, a lot of emails and back and forth that took days. A manager stepped in and I was finally able to resolve, he refunded the money and apologized for the hassle. There is room for improvement and hopefully some more training can be done to ensure customers get taken care of in a timely manner with far less hassle. I will say the person I spoke to on the phone was super super nice and understanding ; it was the lack of response for my initial emails and then the back and forth with my other emails that was unnecessary. The manager was also very friendly, apologetic and understanding .

I bought several shirts as gifts. The XL size was smaller than most retailers' size large so I had to return them. They charged me shipping for the return even though their product sizing was WAY off! My total cost for shipping both ways was nearly half the cost of the shirts. I spoke with their customer service rep who basically said that's too bad.

Be warned that this Company will not back the warranty of a product. Under no circumstances will I recommend purchasing from this Company as they have no care factor whatsoever.

Wow! Fast and great - the real deal! Scored a pair of Joe's jeans for $30 with shipping - $195 original price, all tags attached. I'm coming back here to shop some more!

I bought 2 new sweater Nic &Zoe sweaters, they delivered 2 dirty, poor quality used sweaters, then, BHFO accepted return but gave a partial credit. I had contacted them the day I got the items and sent pictures. I had to contact them numerous times and had to file a dispute thru Paypal, after nearly a month I got full credit. I do not recommend.

Bought shoes (Steve Madden Men's Antonio Sneaker) from BHFO at Amazon, paid for US shipment, US-Armenia shipment, custom clearance.
Arrived very bad shoes which probably stayed under the sun for a long time in shop facia. Send photos and asked for a refund.
1st time they said that by photos shoes are fine, 2nd time that return period is over.
Avoid this seller in Amazon.

i received the correct shoes but in the wrong color which i returned to Walmart, received the credit but 3 weeks later it was reversed. The reason i was given was the wrong item was returned by me. After several frustrated attempts to get a satisfactory resolution my complaints were heard and the situation was straightened out and the credit was reinstated

Great overall ... other than a shoe box being pretty beaten up and rubber banded to contain the shoes, all merchandise was in new condition and arrived timely with competitive prices.

Quick service and great price. But I was sent the wrong size

I purchased 3 of the same style Electric Yoga sport bras. The elastic kept rolling. I looked into the seam and found that 2 of the 3 had the elastic band poorly stitched and not anchored properly--in other words defective. I contacted BHFO's CS dept. and the apology felt half-hearted and insufficient. The email/CS rep blamed the situation on the manufacturer, and offered no refund or future discount. BHFO has lost a customer.

The delivery was fine. However NEITHER pair of pants fit like they should!

The only reason for four stars instead of five is the incredibly expensive shipping. Luckily I had a 20% off promo code to offset the cost by a little bit, otherwise I would not have placed the order. Everything I ordered, however, was great! Very happy with the items I purchased!

Good quality products carefully wrapped and packaged.

I found this company randomly on Amazon when searching up Hudson jeans. Noticed the great prices on Amazon and crossed my fingers in hope they have a website - and they do! Now all I do is purchase off this website! Thank you so much for the great prices and quick shipping!

These shoes were received on time and for a good price. Unfortunately, they run small. Order 1/2 size to 1 size up.

One of the footwear I purchased is stripping. I'm hopeful it doesn't get worse.

The other times were good and prices are AWESOME!!
