Haven't had any problems with them. Sometimes the website doesn't seem to work right/you can't see all the items on the shops as they are on taobao. But everything has arrived safetly.

Shopping is fine. You can do your own, buy it and ask a random proxy to send it. That may be better than this.
Bhiner's delivery is super slow. I ordered it on 4 Nov 2021 but the package arriving the destination country on 11 Jan 2022. Unfortunately, the package is missing. I asked Bhiner to give me sender info in order to issue an investigation. They keep stalling. 6 days I got nothing. Today, 28 Jan 2022, the delivery company shows the package is on the way to return.
