Very good experience and Very professional

I had a very negative experience working with Parisa Aghdam Mahaseni from Better Home LLC. She was recommended to me by someone in our community, but from the start, her conduct was unprofessional and unethical. She claimed a buyer who was not her client, pressured me into a deal I was uncomfortable with, and later entered my home without permission to take photos—despite clear instructions not to.
Even after I ended our business relationship, she continued contacting both me and my new agent, making false accusations and accessing my property records without any legal involvement. She repeatedly lied, manipulated the truth, and played the victim whenever confronted.
Despite giving her multiple chances, her behavior only escalated. I do not recommend working with her and suggest real estate agencies and clients exercise caution. Professionalism and trust are essential in real estate, and unfortunately, Parisa demonstrated neither.

Ahmed Shalaby is a true expert of Sharjah real estate.

In a market where majority of brokers are based in Dubai and not aware of the nuances of the Sharjah market, Ahmed is extremely knowledgeable.

Every step of the way Ahmed was able to provide detailed advice and guide the sales process from beginning to end - as well as use his network to expedite various approvals.

I would recommend Ahmed for anyone looking to sell a property in Sharjah

Had my unit put for lease with BetterHomes, supervised by Amanda Hourieh: Very professional, reliable, fast, trust and honest.

Amanda very capable and leased unit in less that 48 hours, least intervention from my side.

Also, a hidden soldier Kian did amazing work, I did not see him nor met him, but got to know in this heat and humidity was handling veiwing, Myself will not tolerate the heat and humidity.

Thanks to Amanda and Kian, this first time I deal with BetterHomes, they have great agents

I bought a chair from their company but it broke after a year. When I contacted them for servicing, they didn't care. They didn't reply. Don't buy any product from this company twice because this company never provides servicing. If I had known earlier, I would never have bought a product from this company. You should never buy this product. Even I have messaged them repeatedly to fix it but they did not reply. Please do not buy any product from this company because this company does not provide any servicing service and this is my personal experience. Do not buy any product from this company.

We are associated with better homes for my flat since 2024. Ms.Vijaya is very helpful & cooperative. I like the way she attends the problem and does the needful in no time. She looks to be strict but she is straight to the point no fake commitments. We are happy with the facilities and respect towards the tenants. Thank you.

They were both realiable and always available to answer my questions during the entire time of the purchase of my apartment.
This is a serious agency, I definetly reccomend them.

After being preapproved for a helco, 820-850 credit score, 155k a year with zero debt besides my mortgage. Both cars paid off. no CC .. etc.. aksed for 160k and was Denied because they wanted me to make twice as much as i do!!?! WTF I could have paid for this easily but was denid.. horribly place will never go back

Michelle was great from the agency, was good to get a proper agent and someone who speaks English for a change. She was professional, calm and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to personal reasons, my sale couldn't proceed. I would highly recommend her and the agency

Agent Samanta was really helpful in helping us find our apartment. We had many requests and she found an apartment that met our need. She was also very competent during the preparation of the documents.

So for those who follow this conversation.
Better Homes didn't respond on our many requests to refund our €13.000 as agreed in a contract.

After our Trustpilot Review they responded immediately, surprisingly enough.

Anyway, as they requested we've send them everything right away to the e-mail adres given by them here in reply. One would expect the same quickly respond as here on Trustpilot. Unfortunately not, they didn't even send a receive confirmation to gain time to research the complaint.

Um ein Haus zu reservieren, haben wir in gutem Glauben 13.000 überwiesen und eine schriftliche Vereinbarung getroffen. Wenn der Kauf nicht zustande kommt, wird er innerhalb von 21 Tagen zurückerstattet, es ist alles schwarz auf weiß vereinbart. Trotz vieler Anfragen per Mail, Mail, Telefon und what's app ist dies immer noch nicht geschehen und wir haben unsere Ersparnisse, für die wir hart gearbeitet haben, immer noch nicht zurückerhalten. Von unserem Anwalt wissen wir nun, dass diese Methode sogar verboten ist. Da wir nicht in Deutschland aufgewachsen sind, wussten wir das nicht und waren in gutem Glauben an einen sympathischen Immobilienmakler von Betterhomes.

We are still waiting.
Be very careful with Better Homes, and never pay them anything upfront. It is forbidden! They've misled us in this and now we are still waiting for our savings money to be returned by them.

The respone below is nonsense. Betterhomes has recieved mail, we have confirmation, multiple times. They also received a registered letter from us. This company just tries to avoid paying back and make excuses and make it look like they cannot help it. It is even worse than we thought. The way they work by even charging money for a reservation without passing the notary is forbidden in Germany, it is shame that we have to work so hard to get only escaping answers. It is worse than we thought. There are companies that make mistakes, this company clearly knows what it is doing en tries to keep the money that is not legally theirs.

We reached out to better homes for renting an apartment at Kempinski Boulevard and Hala Hassan responded promptly and arranged viewing the next day
She was very attentive to our needs. Listened carefully about all our needs and got everything negotiated with the landlord, could not have expected anything more

I worked with them, I wanted to sell my property in Dubai and they are the worse!!!! The agents know nothing about selling and they don't even tell you what is going on and when I asked them to cancel the exclusive contract, they wouldn't solve it for more than 2 months.... Don't sign with them no contract!!! They will waste your time, save yourself and never sign exclusive with no agency! Better Damac, for leasing and wait til you get your right price with a right agency for selling!

I am writing to formally raise a concern about a recent experience I had with one of your sales agents, Pasquin Makazeh Ngochia. The interaction, which took place  as extremely disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
From the outset, Pasquin was unprofessional and displayed poor manners throughout our conversation. Rather than assisting me in a helpful and courteous manner, his tone was dismissive, and he seemed uninterested  I was spoken to in a way that felt rude and uncalled for, which only escalated my frustration.
I expected a higher standard of professionalism and customer care, especially from someone representing your company. Unfortunately, that was not the case. No customer should be made to feel disregarded or talked down to when seeking assistance or making an inquiry.I hope you will take this matter seriously and look into it further. I believe it’s important for feedback like this to be addressed to ensure future interactions with your customers reflect the values and service standards your company stands for.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
