Horrible customer service. I requested a shoe exchange and FOUR MONTHS later, I still have not received the replacement or a refund. I’ve sent several emails and even communicated directly with the owner, “Francis,” but nothing has been resolved.

At this point, the experience feels potentially fraudulent—no shoes, no refund, and months of excuses. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

BUYER BEWARE. I would not recommend Biankina.

This company is very difficult to work with. Kept telling me shoes were being handmade and then were shipping. Then no communication. Tried to cancel but couldn't. Finally disputed with my credit card company. Avoid!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company back in July 2025. Returned item promptly within 1 week using company provided return label. Confirmed delivery via USPS. Never received refund or acknowledgement of return. Contacted customer service several times over months and never once received a response other than an AI-generated email once which stated a representative would respond to my message in 48-72 hours. I've yet to receive a response to any of my emails. Customer service is non-existent. Opted to purchase direct from this company in an effort to support small business but regret decision. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

i would not trust buying from this company, if you have a problem the return process is very very difficult.

I was so excited to find and order what seemed like would be the perfect shoes to to with a specific outfit, but unfortunately the package got lost in the shipping process. I tried to track down the shoes, but the shipping company will only communicate with the seller. Despite multiple attempts to get Biankina to at least try to track down the shoes / file a claim / set up an "investigation," they only thing they would do is to offer me a credit for a different pair of shoes (because the shoes I ordered are now out of stock). I do not want store credit - I want them to at least try to find the shoes by setting up a claim, and if that doesn't work, to send me a refund. Customer Service is hard to communicate with (email only) and they seem to be ignoring my request.

Great sustainable shoes, love them. Great customer service, too. Recommended

Bought some wedges and the “free return or exchange” protection package (for extra $). Requested a return label which was provided. Promptly mailed the shoes back. A month goes by… nothing. I reach out. They say they cannot accept sale items. Why was I offered a protection plan? Why did no one reach out when they received the shoes? Why was I given a return label in the first place? The founder responded to all my emails. He was less than helpful. He eventually stopped responding. No phone number to call, email was the only option. Another company with faulty return policies and unable to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I was even expecting the restock fee. Do not trust this company.
