Peace of mind. We didn't take the shuttle service because we wanted to try the bus and it's PERFECT!!!! I recommend BibiPark with my eyes closed!

Very poor customer service. To avoid
I did pay for the additional chauffeur service to be accompanied to the airport with my little children from their parking location on July 23rd 2023 after having left my car there. Unfortunately nobody showed up and when someone answered the phone they told me that they could not make it. They ordered a taxi and said they would have paid for it. Unfortunately they did not reimburse me despite my several emails and phone calls. Very bad service, poorest customer service ever, To avoid!!! (reservation number 6478 made on July 17th 2023. My e-mail and phone number had to be provided to make the reservation). I call it stealing
