Poor service
Think twice before you order from BIBLOO! I ordered shoes in my usual size, but they turned out to be too big. Returning it will cost me 18 euro without tracking (which is high risk of package loss/stolen) and 30 euro with tracking, which is over 50% of what the shoes cost. If you can't offer your customers the service of free returning, you shouldn't ship to other countries!
