Order seemed to be taking a lot longer to arrive than usual, so I contacted Customer Service.
Very quick reply from Jasmine who informed me she would send replacement CO2 Canister by overnight delivery - this arrived next day, as promised.

Owned BiBo for many years
Owned BiBo for many years, although had issues. Their customer services is second to none. Such a good company that I was willing to help them throughout their testing with the BiBo Nova prior to rollout.

The whole team have made us feel very welcome from first enquiry, through to service visits and to finally closing our account. Closing our office has meant that we no longer require our Bibo which has been much loved & appreciated by staff & visitors alike. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

Bibo Nova review.
The engineer was first class and very approachable. I am still evaluating this Nova against my Classic and, so far, it’s not going well. The flow rate fluctuates between 1.3 and 0.8 bar. The chilled water is usually around 8-11 degrees and rarely goes down to the preset 4 degrees. Perhaps it is not coping too well with the hot weather!

The chilled water that is dispensed from the machine, will be a slightly higher temperature than the stored tank temperature, as it will naturally warm once it has left the tank. Environmental factors will also affect this. During times of hot weather, when the incoming water temperature is higher than normal, the time in which the water takes to chill will be slightly slower.
