Overcharged, never worked, no responses.

Signed up for trial for $1/3 days. Bid-Ninja never worked on Dealdash. Analytics worked intermittently. Used sites contact form, explaining issue immediately and get no response. Try day #2 of trial and site says it's down. I reach out via email and state I would like the trial ended and membership canceled. Analytics then stops working, bid-ninja still never worked. Site remains down for days. I still get charged $29.99. I email again, no response, no refund, but site comes up and I cancel my membership. Still screwed out of $30.99 with no response to my cancellation request or refund request. This site is a scam. Do not enter your credit card info.
