Beautifully packaged items regarding safety and security in transit. Kept me well informed about tracking and delivery. Coming back to packaging it’s one of the best I have seen regarding artworks in a glass frame with innovative hundreds of bullet shaped cushion for protection against damage to the fragile items and they don’t make any mess. Overall well pleased.

Having won some auction items some distance away, I did not have the time to collect, so got Bid & Box info from the auctioneers. I am very impressed as the quote came quickly, so I accepted it and my items arrived beautifully packaged within a few days.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Shocking amateur service, do not use this amateur company whose member was previously working at postit4me see their reviews! I got three boxes of valuable China arriving in dented and broken boxes, they decided to have a brain fade moment and send these on a Friday when they were never going to arrive on a Saturday. I called them up as I was concerned about damage, she so called director answered the call and said I’m not covered for any damage on porcelain unlike mailboxes etc and that every piece I got was damaged as opposed to condition report on one particular object from the auction house. The director and Alyssa are arrogant and unprofessional!

I would give Bid & Box 10 stars, if this was an option. Flawlessly swift process from start to finish, with meticulous attention to detail. On this experience, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I recently bought an item from Auctioneum in Bristol.The item was bulky so I asked to delay till I returned from holiday also the item was a Linn Basik so pretty fragile
They seemed to follow my basic instructions and all seemed ok

I have recently purchased books via auction at Dukes in Dorchester. They recommended this company amongst others. I rang and received a quote for post and packing. The books were collected promptly from the auction house and delivered safely and promptly to my home. An easy and efficient service and I would happily use them again.

The worst delivery service I ever had from a British company. First and last. All my car friends in Dorset are advised not to use this company, specially Aston Martin friends. They have just send me a broken sign of more than 60 years. Even I told them to send by UPS and they sent by Parcel Force that is Royal Mail, the worst company to send FRAGILE things to Spain. How can you be so useless to send a one thousand pounds perspex sign just wrapped in bubble plastic ? Better keep taking milk from the cows in the farm.

Horrible service. 1000,00 Sterling Pounds for a vintage Jaguar sign broken when just using bubble plastic for wrapping. No wood board in the back. NO EXPERIENCED COMPANY. Avoid these people, no idea on how to pack FRAGILE ITEMS. Better Mail Boxes, UPS or FedEx. NEVER AGAIN....... !!!!

From start to finish, this has been a positive experience with this company. End of last week i emailed them and asked for a quote to pick an item from the auction house and deliver to me. I received a response within the hour. After winning the auction i contacted Bidandbox and paid their invoice. 48 hours later, the item was delivered to my door. Item was well packed and arrived safely. I am impressed. Well done and thanks. You have a new customer.

Won an auction with a UK auction house, they recommended to contact Bidandbox for shipping. They were super fast, courteous, even responded in the weekend. The price quote was fair. They packed my items really well. Overall highly recommended and trustworthy service.
