Entire trip was badly managed. We were charged extra, and the hotels provided were extremely poor some didn’t even have a proper kitchen facility. The driver was not aware of the routes or itinerary properly.

The most disappointing part was the constant pressure for payments. Before the trip, I had clearly informed Aman Juyal (sales person) that I would pay the remaining amount at the airport drop, and he had agreed to it. Despite this, during the entire trip, their team especially Nikhil kept calling repeatedly like a collection agency, not even to ask about our trip experience but only for money. It caused us a lot of mental stress and humiliation during the vacation.

Also, they covered only one spot per city, which made the itinerary feel incomplete and poorly planned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly suggest others avoid booking with this company.

My experience at Bidinn was very positive. The managers were supportive, and the work environment was collaborative and friendly. I would like to sincerely thank Nikita ma’am, Rajas sir, and Pranshu sir for their constant guidance and support throughout my time there. These 8 months were truly some of the best and most valuable learning experiences of my professional journey.
Additionally, my family and friends had the opportunity to book a trip to Jammu and Kashmir through Bidinn, and the experience was fantastic. The company offers highly competitive pricing for luxurious travel packages, making premium travel more accessible. I highly recommend the company for creating such seamless and memorable travel experiences.
