Easy to use / search website, always been easy to arrange collection etc, items as described

Bidspotter is excellent in terms of items for auction and Customer Service and Help. Most of the auctions can deliver but some auctions say that they cannot deliver and that the buyer must arrange his own collection or courier. That is difficult and expensive when the items are a long way from the buyer. It would be good if ALL auctions could arrange delivery. If all the auctions could arrange delivery, I would certainly bid for more items. Naturally, heavy machinery cannot be sent by courier and would require specialist transport. Apart from that occasional difficulty, Bidspotter itself is an excellent set up.

Would stay away from this site. We won a couple of auctions and they never sent the invoice through. We did get through on the phone in which the lady said they she would the invoice again and we had until 4 pm that day to pay but nothing was sent. Then got a email saying our account was banned. We rang again got a obnoxious women talking all over my husband and not listening saying we should have paid the invoice. It's was impossible to get through to lady that they had not sent the invoice so how could me pay. We did eventually get the stuff we had won but we are never using this company again. Look for another auction site stay away.

Currently trying very hard to communicate with Asset Auctions - I just want a collection address to pick up "my" machine and no one is capable of revealing such information! On the phone numerous times since Monday one woman unable to send email as phones are busy (strange no one has picked up since) no one is capable of giving me a collection address emails sent and no response, an absolute joke ! so far Ive paid for a machine and never seen it and cant collect it - wondering after reading reviews does it exist!!!

Finding the lots you want. Registering for the auctions. Automated bidding and simplifying payment. The only problem is I’ll now end up spending too much on machines I never knew I needed.

Very easy to bid and good service after auction

Brought a transit truck as a RUNNER. This vehicle was spouse to be up and running and ready to drive away. I drove 5 hours to pick up this truck thinking I could drive it away considering I paid £7360 for a vehicle that looked brand new in the pictures. Turned up and it had holes in the body, a sprayed bodged up front bumper the truck literally looked like it’s been in a river/pond and pulled out it looked water damaged lol. They spent half hour to try to get it up and starting saying they have seen this started and it was running when advertised. They did not have a clue what they was doing, they seemed like they was in another planet lol. The truck would of needed at least £3-4K spent on it. The truck was in a bad bad way, wasent fit enough to be sold. 5 hours journey wasted they knew I was coming this far away as I rang 5 times to double check this truck was how it was advertised. The truck had dents up the door, the passenger door handle was broken the key hole in the drivers side door was dug out, none of this was stated. I WOULD NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. I LUCKILY GOT MY MONEY BACK AS I SAID I WAS NOT LEAVING UNTIL IT WAS BACK INTO MY BANK. AVIOD ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!!! THE VAT/FEES YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM IS RIDICULOUS.
STAY AWAY. IF YOU DO USE MAKE SURE YOU VIEW BEFORE BUYING.

I believe this to be an honest and reliable auctioneer I have dealt with them for a number of years and I've had excellent service when a problem did arrive I couldn't have expected a better service. I've dealt with them for long time and I will continue dealing with them because of their honesty

As itec Remarketing to sell stolen goods and goods that are falsely advertised
To be sold by auction and misleading customers
When you ask for assistance they fob you off
I strongly suggest not to use

I brought a tractor from asset auctions via bid spotter turned out to be from a dealer in Derbyshire 16k for a load of rubbish needs 5k spent on it and no recall as sold as seen in cleaver photo avoid like covid!!!

Avoid at all costs s, bought a breitling watch with box described as mint condition.
Received it and box is seriously worn, internal box is damaged, clasp on the watch doesn’t work and the strap wouldn’t go around a 12 year old boys wrist. Paid £2400 and complained on receipt, they offered to resell it for me but refused any refund and “Nigel “ tried to get funny offering me to come down to get educated. Currently at court so cannot comment further but avoid like the plague, absolute scam artists.

AVOID ASSET AUCTIONS AT ALL COSTS! TOTAL LIARS. ITEM NOT THE SAME AS WHAT WAS BID ON/ TAMPERED WITH & NOT AS DESCRIBED.STEER CLEAR!
