When the official sale is over, Bidwave is where the tickets are: every listing shows the price per ticket and the all-in total up front, with no service or delivery fee added at checkout. Buy at the asking price, or place a bid and pay only if you win. Bidwave is a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller or box office. Prices are set by sellers and the market and may be above or below face value. Every order is covered by the Bidwave Guarantee: tickets delivered before doors and valid for entry, or a full refund, including if the event is cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Tickets are checked before a listing goes live, and individual sellers are paid out only after the event has taken place. Support answers seven days a week by email (support@bidwave.events) and WhatsApp. Bidwave is operated by Bidwave Limited. Fans use Bidwave for sold-out shows in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp, Brussels, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Berlin and Cologne, and sellers use it to pass on tickets they can no longer use, with the money released once the night has happened.
