Extremely Unresponsive — Poor Experience with Store Approval
I’ve been trying to get store approval and payment gateway access from BigPay (big-pay.com) for over a week now, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
After initially submitting my application and clearly stating my request — along with all the required business information including my URL, card volume, and company registration — I was repeatedly met with silence. Although they responded briefly asking for basic details, they stopped replying altogether after I provided everything.
I followed up multiple times, stressing that my customers were unable to make payments and that I urgently needed confirmation. Despite this, they completely ignored my messages for days. This is unacceptable, especially for a company claiming to provide global financial services. Their lack of communication and disregard for timely support has severely disrupted my business operations.
They are not acting as a trustworthy or professional payment provider. I highly discourage anyone from relying on BigPay for anything related to card payments or gateway services. If this is how they handle onboarding, I can’t imagine how bad things would be during actual payment issues.
