Worth a try!
So, I don't usually take out time to write reviews.
I needed someone to take charge of my website but was very skeptical of trusting someone else. A friend actually recommended BigBang. I set up a meet with Kelvin and things looked so great that these guys are working on my 3rd project.

Big Bang Animations took my money
Big Bang Animations took my money, failed to deliver the project, and then disappeared. I’ve been left chasing a refund for weeks with zero communication. Their behavior is disgraceful, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. I am shocked at how they treat paying customers absolutely appalling. Do not trust this company under any circumstances, I will be taking legal action.

If i could leave them zero reviews I would. It has been an absolute terrible experience from start to finish. I asked for a refund because the artwork is so poor and they said that because I spoke about how bad the service was on instagram they will not give me a refund. So now I do not have my art for my book and they have kept my 1400.00. I cant stress enough. BEGGING YOU to look for other illustrators from other places because it was the worst experience. And to care about bad reviews and people speaking badly about them but not want to make the experience a good one is wild to me. Being incapable of providing quality work and refusing to give me a refund is paramount to stealing. So if you want to work with charlatans who draw like kindergarteners who just discovered egg shaped colored pencils by all means do so.
