Not incredibly helpful I must say
Was not reassured by the fact that once they have happily recieved your payment they are then unable to help with a simple query. Obviously won't be using them again and we are actually wondering what the whole point of their company is??? Might as well go straight to producer/suppliers own website and cut out the needless middleman.Wish I'd read the other negative reviews first totally agree with the statement about the owners attitude towards customers.
