I ordered x2 v neck cardigans for my dad. They are really good quality. They fit really well. He takes 3XL. Would highly recommend

Clothes are comfy and for the most part consistent with regards to the size. However their own brand underwear is all over the place with sizes. I've bought from them consistently over the past few years becos when I do happen to strike it lucky to get a pair that fits, they are very comfy,but there in lies the problem. Underwear may say one size but are massive when they arrive (anywhere from 1-3 sizes off)

I have used Big Dude a number of times and had found them very good until now, I placed an order on the 25th January 2025 and still haven’t received the order. Tried tracking but no updates since 2 days after the order was placed. Tried contacting the company and got an email saying they were looking into the problem. Since then I have tried contacting them by email and the contact form on their website but no response. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

I am a regular customer with Big Dude. Recently I placed an order for the following 1 Track suit bottom - 4 Xl - 2 Cardigan 2xl Mens trunks 4Xl. I placed the order 3 times, but each time the payment was returned to my credit a/c., without explanation. I will have to look for another supplier in Ireland.

My first order came on time and is a perfect fit so ordered again. Messed up a bit placing order but Alex at BigDude was very understanding and helpful. They have a new customer :-)

This company is a complete fraud dont do refunds and won't take back the item tried contacting them loads of times then got the usual response from a fraud company more lies AVOID IT LIKE COVID there useless

I am a returning customer so felt that I was buying with confidence as no issues with my original order last year of a number of T-shirts. This time I have got no products! It has now been 6 weeks since I placed my order, courier website still shows no update from 3 days after dispatch so I am left chasing with what feels like no support from the team at big dude. I will not be ordering again which is disappointing as I liked the products but this episode gives me no confidence in future orders.

Ordered and payed for item 6th of April waited several promised delivery dates from Fastway couriers parcel misplaced,lied saying attempted delivery twice have cctv and ring doorbell with recorded interaction no attempt actually made previously received parcel from same company parcel opened with two teashirts removed and resealed with fastway courier sellotape I let that go
Subsequently I have had email from courier cc there transport manager who responded saying its in warehouse somewhere on the night shift 14 emails later I have looked for a refund 4 time from big dude ie and have been told nothing they can do it's been investigated even though its down as not delivered a month later
Unreasonable unreliable and untrustworthy to some it up

as a rule i receive excellent service until last week i had need to exchange my order so i sent back my order but up to now which is 8 days on and i have had no correspondence at all

Wow. Endlich große Größen gefunden und günstig. Armes Deutschland....
In reichen Deutschland kann man als dicker Mensch keine große Größen finden und günstig auch noch. Qualität ist echt gut bis jetzt. Vielleicht sogar sehr gut. Muss noch ausprobieren länger. Aber bisher ist wie sehr gut Qualität. Schnelle Lieferung. Nur Sendungsnummer kann mann leider nicht so verfolgen. Auf einmal stand Ware schnell vor meiner Türe und ich war Zuhause gottseidank.
The quality ist really good or maybe very good. Cause I need to wear more longer. And cheap enough. In Germany I can't find and if find only Spezialschnitt and only wear under stomach and not good. But closthes pants bigdude do good for wear top on stomach and all. I so happy. I will order again over there. Only the shipment I can't really see if arrive in Germany. But it'd ok. Important is I happy. Önder

first time using these, and probably last.ordered 02/05/23
still not received order. tried tracking no luck. when i check my order its says order complete which it is not. sent email 08/05/23 no reply.
this was a test order as i am going away in a couple of weeks and was going to order more.real pity as merchandise looks good.

I'm glad that BIG DUDE CLOTHING is around and always will be

Never received my items , this company used to be really good on delivery and customer service but standards have slipped over the years….I won’t be ordering again from them, now I have the challenge of trying to get a refund which will turn into the usual drama
