I opened my account due to this company being an Ethical Consumer 'Best Buy', and offering a range of more ethical funds. I'm very happy with the broad selection of funds on offer. Customer service were helpful when I contacted them
really believe in the concept but....getting increasingly frustrated with trying to get in touch with customer service for help - takes ages for email support to come back and issues stay unresolved

I have just opened a ISA account with the Big Exchange, and I can say that I am happy with it. They are a fairly new company and still need to improve a few things (platform) and create a phone app to easy the access in the account. At the moment I have no complaints. I do hope they do well with my savings.
