I reached out to them multiple times regarding a major customer service disaster with their client, Arajet Airlines—an airline that left me stranded, refused to provide legally required travel information, and blatantly ignored their own promises of compensation. As the PR agency responsible for Arajet's public image, BIGFISHPR should have been the first to step in and handle the situation professionally. Instead, they did absolutely nothing.

Total Lack of Professionalism
I wrote an entire article detailing my horrific experience and made multiple attempts to contact BIGFISHPR for a response. They never replied.
PR agencies are supposed to manage reputations and handle crises, yet BIGFISHPR seems to think ignoring serious issues is an acceptable strategy.
Instead of doing their job—engaging, de-escalating, and addressing the issue—they left it to Arajet’s terrible customer service team, who only made matters worse.
A PR Agency That Doesn’t Do PR
BIGFISHPR represents a company with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and they do absolutely nothing to fix it. If this is how they manage crisis communications, reputation management, and brand trust, then I would strongly advise companies to stay far away from them.

If your business needs a PR firm that actually protects and builds your reputation, look elsewhere. BIGFISHPR is just an empty name with zero accountability.
