Service is great
Service is great. Lance keep me up to date with all steps if the buying process. He informed me that they were out of stock on one of the items I had ordered and offered me a choice of replacements. The replacement I chose was the Maple & Pepper stick bites. Bad choice on my part as I found them a little too sweet and greasy. The Bacon dogs and Chicago Sauce are great. Meat sticks, not so much.

The process was fast - from order to product on my doorstep was less than 48 hours. There were issues with the 15% discount - I only got a link instead of a code. I commented on this, and Big Fork was quick to correct the issue. The Chicago Sauce makes for the perfect condiment and BBQ gift.
