It's all a scam they will take your money inflate it to an a very large sum and when you want to take money out they will ask you to pay (non-existant) taxes ask to access your bank account and withdraw money stay well away. The only way I found to get rid of them is when they say that they will help you get your money out is to tell them that you want to leave it there so it will grow more after a while they stop calling you. I was lucky my bank (Santander) recognised them as a scam and got my original invesment back so I got my money back.

I lost hundreds of pounds and they made it difficult if not impossible for me to leave and withdraw my remaining funds. Kept calling me when I was at work and requested email communication to resolve the matter. Overall horrible and experience and I do NOT recomend anyone to join at all.

I stopped after reading many bad reviews and asked my money back. This was done without a problem.

It started in the end of september 2019 when I wanted to find out what was possible with trading and if all the successtories that many people were telling were true or not.
Through the internet I came in touch with BigFx and in the beginning I started to trade with 250 dollar with the help of a Succes Manager with the false name Anna Shutz.
At the beginning they are so nice, friendly and smooth and in the first week they explained how to trade and some trades were winning and some were losing.
But after 1 week we made togheter a profit of 80 dollar which is 33 % of 250 dollar.
These people are psychological well trained and they sneak in to your life and are the best to convincing they are a Good Company as a real investment firm.
After you are convicenced of there skills they start asking for bigger investments since this can bring more profits. So I continued with 10,000 dollar and than we made even more and more profits.
This works of course because you can earn easily up to 500 to 2500 euro a day.
And they are smart, because in the beginning they give small withdrawals back tot yo, so that you think that everything is honest and normal and you will not come suspicious.
After a couple of weeks they are coming with the fact that you can get bonuses if you deposit a bigger amount of money and so you can do even more interesting and more profitable trades.
What they don’t say is the fact that IF YOU ACCEPT A BONUS, you have to trade it out. This is of course the only way to keep you on the line.
But I was still convinced at that point and invested 25 000 dollar with a bonus of 25000 dollar as well!!
After that they keep on pushing and trying to deposit more and more money and I could even get a Pension Account were your money is guarded for 3 years and you get percentages over 50 %: Hell Yeah: Life is to beautiful. I was even able to talk with the Head manager with another false name; Jacob Kaufman to even convince me that it was the best deal in my life!!
The more you deposit the better the trades were going and the more you are getting convinced and involved in their web of lies and false promises.
After 2 months, I made already nice profits and i wanted to start to withdrawal some money…
This was were all the problems started, because i could not withdrawal before all my bonuses were traded out, which is totally untrue of course and not a regular thing in trading.
They just do and try everything to convince you to keep on trading and to trade out the bonusses and they promise that you will be able to withdraw. So I deed this for 2 more weeks and then they start giving you trades that are going really bad so that you will loose all your profits and you will not be able to withdraw any money in the end. So it is a never ending story with one certainty; that they will never give your money back. Because if you want to withdrawal they have always to approve it first, which is again a scam thing.
After those 2 weeks I closed all of my trades and fortunately i still have some good profits after all. So i was able to withdrawal some good money and it was even on my account written; AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAWAL: but after several attempts to withdrawal they never give anything back; and they keep on looking for excuses why it is not possible to withdraw which proofs again they are real scammers.

So please, avoid BigFx Company because they will cause you losses and are really unethical and heartless people who only want to steal as much as possible of your honest earned money.

I don’t know why people write bad about this company. I have been working with them for 3 months, they had a good support who will always help you to solve your question and qualified managers who helps to work on the market.
I like to work with them,the platform is easy to use, and withdrawals comes in 3-5 days after processing

BigFX is a scam site, at least base on my experience with them. They tend to act like professionals, giving people the impression that they can teach you how to trade and make you profitable. Do Not Be Deceived. What they are really after is your deposit for you to keep increasing your deposit. Whatever they teach you does not work the same in the real forex market, it results in losses. They even lied to me that without a big deposit the market will be slow.
Do not waste your time talking with them though they sound like professionals, they really showed me they are scammers. If you manage to get your deposit, whatever profit you made they will not give you at least in my case. My account was 100% verified so this was not an excuse.

wanted to give 0 stars as company will not return money as i do not wish to trade with them. keep telling me i need to make minimum amount of trades done that, then accounts not fully active until they get more forms. people on the phone do not listen or care at all very very bad company would not trust them at all.
