Do not order from here

Do not order from here. I placed an order on 9/11. Still haven't gotten it. I have. Emailed 4 times, called 5. I opened case withbmy bank today which cost me an additional $5.00 because they cancelled my debit card.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEIR PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL, THEIR GOOGLE EARTH LISTS THE ADDRESS THEY GIVE AT 1307 N PINAL AVE, SUITE A CASA GRANDE, AZ 85122 AS A BARBER SHOP! I ORDERED UP $118.00 WORTH OF LINGERIE; SHIPMENT NEVER ARRIVED. I EMAILED JANELLE DIRECTLY AND SHE ANSWERED, SAYING SHIPMENT WAS "IMMINENT" BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. SINCE IT WAS LATE, I REQUESTED A REFUND, WHICH WAS NOT GIVEN WITHIN 3-5 DAYS! I'M SO ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY AND IF I COULD REACH THE OWNER, I WOULD RIP HER HAIR OUT! NOW MY HUSBAND IS AT THE BANK, FILING FRAUD CHARGES, I HAVE TO GO TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST THIS HEIFER FOR STEALING OUR HARD-EARNED DOLLARS! The merchandise never shipped and credit never issued.

The merchandise never shipped. The company assured me first that it would ship within 2 to 3 business days after waiting a month for the product. It never shipped. Then they assured me they would credit my account immediately. That also never occurred. We have waited for resolution on this for over 3 months now and still nothing is forthcoming. I certainly would never order from this site again.

Blatant FRAUD.

Scam. They are getting away with fraud.
Lodged order mid May 2017
Buying from Australia.
They Took the $230. They said stock on back order. Kept emailing. Kept being told on back order. Asked for money back. Was told they cancel.the order and send back the money.
Still nothing. Now they dont even reply to emails.
Wish someone would take this company down.

I placed an order May 20th

I placed an order May 20th , its now July 22nd and I still have not received my items. I emailed them twice, with no results. They were only too happy to take my money though. I am going to report them .

Company is a scam

Ordered from this company to get something for my wedding night and was so excited as I have never worn lingerie for anyone before. Ordered over two weeks before I needed it thinking that would be plenty of time. When I didn't get a shipping email within 10 days I tried to email them and kept getting a response that it would be shipped in another 2 to 3 business days. Tried to call and could only leave a voicemail that I never got a call back on. Finally had to threaten to contact the BBB for fraud and dispute the charge with my bank before they sent an email telling me they refunded my money. Still don't have it in the bank but we will see. Whatever you do DO NOT order from this company. They are a scam!!

I ordered items back in February and …

I ordered items back in February and had to send emails to get part of it. I still never got the biggest part of my order. They claimed they were on back order. And have never received any confirmation whatsoever. To anyone who is thinking about ordering from big gals, don't do it they will rip you off!

Do NOT use this company!

Made my order April 20th. Emailed them asking when my order would be shipped on May 15th. They emailed me back on May 17th saying that my order would be shipped in 2 business days. It's June 5th! I made my order over 6 weeks ago and have received nothing!!!! Never again!

I ordered from this website on April …

I ordered from this website on April 14th and didn't receive my package in a timely manner so like a normal person I emailed them about my order and they replied its being processed and should ship in 1 week. Well 2 weeks pass and still no package so I send another email and receive a response saying my order was on back order when on their website it didn't say item was on back order. So I give the company the benefit of the doubt and wait 2 more weeks. Here it is 1 month & 2 weeks later and still no package or refund. So just for anyone else who is thinking about ordering from this company don't do it cause this company seems to be nothing but a fraud and they just hook you with good deals and never send you your package and kept your money.

Don't do it

Do not order from this company. I ordered a 2 piece in sept. Contacted them because the top was too small. After several emails I finally received a response asking that I return the top and they will send the correct item. October, November nothing until end of Nov. Owner sends an email saying she was in hospital and her daughter drop the ball however she promises to ship my item. It's now January and still nothing. I've sent sent several emails and left multiple voicemails requesting a refund...still no communication.

They will lie

Still waiting, 3 months later

Placed an order on Sept 8, 2016. When I didn't receive my item in a timely manner, I sent an email and was informed that my item was back ordered. That the item was on backorder was not stated on the site or when I placed the order. I was offered the option of choosing a replacement item. I emailed back a couple of days later with my replacement choice, which was the same price as my original item, $29. That was Oct 9, 2016. Heard nothing for a month. Emailed again on Nov. 12, 2016 and asked that the $29 I was charged the day I placed the order be refunded to my credit card. As of today (Dec 2, 2016) I have not heard back from Big Gals Lingerie, nor have I received my product or a refund. I hope they are enjoying my $29. I may as well have flushed my money down the toilet.

I should have read the reviews. I would have never tried to make a purchase had I known. DO NOT buy from Big Gals Lingerie!!

Still waiting....

I ordered once before and was very happy with my service and product. Naturally i ordered again. It's been a month and still my product is not here. Have sent several emails which i only got 1 response and that was the order was being processed. Really? It takes a month to process an order? Didn't take a month for the company to recieve my payment! Total crap! You can never talk to a live person and thier advertised company hours aren't even accurate. The office is closed most of the time when they are supposed to be open! Really sucks because my 1st experience with them was so positive and i like a lot of what they have, but after this experience, they have lost a customer for good!

Terrible terrible terrible

I've been waiting for months for my order. My first order was extremely slow, but i foolishly ordered from them again. I have contacted them by email several times and was told it would be delivered. I will NEVER order from them again and I hope no one else does. After reading the other reviews, I'm beginning to feel like I have been duped. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT because they do have cute things.

This company will not refund my money!

I ordered something from this site 5 months ago. First off, the item didn't arrive to me on time, I emailed them & advised them to cancel it. Naturally, I was supposed to get a refund for something I didn't receive. It's now 5 months later and NO refund. Have I tried to get my refund? You bet!! I have sent multiple emails (3 in which I was told they were working on it, BS!), called multiple times (can never talk to a live person), left several phone messages. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and NOTHING! This company is trash!! I now have to contact my credit card company for them to somehow get the charge reversed. Ridiculous the work I have do to get what's owed to me and the complete disregard for their customers!!

Definitely not in a hurry

I have ordered several times and multiple items each time. On 2 occasions I have had to reach out to find the order. Each time I was told the items were made to order and took 2-3 weeks....but each Order took almost 8 weeks with no recovery offered.
A good business is one who reacts to customer concerns with compassion not a generic email.
Do not buy unless you're willing to wait 8 weeks......but they take their payment pretty darn quick.

Terrible customer service.

After waiting weeks for one item that was back ordered (despite not being told) I finally cancelled it as emails went unanswered. Now I've waited 6 weeks for my refund. Messages left unanswered and emails unanswered to finally get a reply they can't refund to my card because it's been so long since I ordered! Now I'm waiting on a cheque from them. Terrible. They would not have refunded me at all had I not continued to contact them!

ridiculous!!!

I ordered a few items from biggalsligerie.com in December 2015. Here it is almost February and I still haven't received my complete order. I have called and left messages with no return calls. I have emailed them repeatedly about my order. When I finally got a response via email, I was informed that my items were on back order. My question, why didn't u contact me and let me know what was going on before I had to leave irate voice mails and emails to know about my purchase. Horrible customer service and low quality of the items I did receive. Won't be shopping here ever again.
