The best gluten free pasta…
The buckwheat pasta is the best gluten free pasta that I can find anywhere. It’s really good as long as you don’t overcook it. It will soften after you take it out of the water, if you add it to another step in your cooking for example a stir fry or baked pasta dish.

I like Big Green Orangic Food a lot.
I have been purchasing from Big Green for several years now. I especially love their millet pastas. They are pretty quick with their shipments and products arrive in good condition. They give me a free product to try now and then and that is a nice thing to do.

Fast shipping. Lectin free (and gluten free) products that taste so good, even my family who loves gluten, doesn’t know they’re eating gluten free pasta.
One worry I recently noticed is that you are selling products containing wheat (gluten). How will that affect the safety protocol of cross contamination for people like me who can’t ingest gluten?
