If I can give 0star！Then I will！I paid and said I wasn't recorded on their website and they dont know anything about my order number! They won't give me my money back! I've waited a long time! Instead I paid them 35 dollars. I got a bad service and nothing! This is rubbish! Do not buy!

ordered 20 1 oz silver rounds
upon receiving them the weight was 28 grams
1 oz is 32 grams they were magnetic which silver is not and had them checked by a coin dealer
and he confirmed they were not silver
contacted company and was told to return with tracking number also notified pay pal ad they denied claim and the return shipping was $60.00 usd
the original price was $100.00 for 20 silver rounds
then bightstore never refunded any or did pay pal

I purchased a Mini Pocket Sax from them through You Tube Ad. It took almost 2 months to receive some plastic piece of pipe with holes in it. they stuck a plastic mouthpiece and a reed and called it this pocket sax which was supposed to sound great. but like garbage and could barely get a sound and I am also a flute, saxophone and clarinet player and that had to be the worst. The part that bothered me was that it had already been used by someone else because the print on the wood reed was smeared and tip was rippled and the item had scratched and package was tampered and re-taped. I managed to get through to a customer service about this and mentioned everything like I did here. They ask for photos, I sent that in an email to support and requested a return shipping label. They said I will have to pay for shipping cost to have sent it to me and shipping to return the item back to them as well. They did not give me an address, just said thank you for your cooperation and said that I need to go to their site and read their return policy. I go back to bightstore.com after reading the email they sent back and to my wonderful surprise, it goes straight to another site called 'Shopify' and This is exactly what it states:
To finish setting up your new web address, go to your domain settings, click "Connect existing domain", and enter: bightstore.com
WHAAAAT?? The site no longer exist...and I got scammed.
I even tried that nonsense site and it only led me into more nonsense to which made no sense and I closed the page in fear of my computer getting hacked next. I'm calling my merchant payer and try to get my FULL refund from them and also cancel my card which is 'the pits' because you have wait like 7-10 business days for a new card. I'm soo pissed! I also want to report fraud and hopefully this won't happen to someone else.. Any ideas?

After several weeks of waiting , my pocket sax finally arrived . It was a total rip-off . The sax they sent me was totally different from the one pictured in the youtube pop up add that I had ordered from . It was shorter and did not have the bell shaped end . It was also used / abused , as it had teeth marks all over the mouthpiece . Also , there is no way to return and get refunded the money . I could have purchased this same product , NEW (no teethmarks) from Amazon for $10 less and free 2-day shipping . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY FROM Bightstore !!

Watched an ad on YouTube for a handheld mini chainsaw proclaiming to be a Christmas special at a special price. When the product arrived it was a large folding (Pocket Knife) type saw. The invoice states that it is a battery operated, rechargeable chainsaw. I contacted CS and was told that I had received what I ordered. When I explained to them in an Email exactly what I stated above about the description on the invoice they never replied. Be very careful with what you are ordering because it does not match the video ad.

Dropshipping scam!!!
Quite clearly Bightstore is just a fake online store operated by someone who wants to make a quick buck. Basically they list stuff from aliexpress or some similar direct-from-china store without having any inventory, then when you order, they place an order in your name pocketing the difference (which is an absurd amount since they resell you stuff for twice and thrice their original price). Non-existant customer support, they don't even reply to emails. The worst part is that because the products come directly from the Chinese factory, shipping takes many many months or in many cases the product may never arrive. I waited for 7 MONTHS! Do yourself a favor and ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!! Go and purchase whatever products you'd like directly from the original seller! Don't support this scam.

Item never received. After 7 monthes customer service gives no answers. Money was taken form my account. Hands off!

It’s been over 6 weeks and I haven’t received my drum. There is no tracking number as Was promised. I will have to notify my Visa for a refund.

Haven't seen my product yet here two weeks after. Never received an email of confirmation, but they took the money from my account. It says Starshophub and when I trustpilot that name, it comes up as fraud from Hong Kong, so I guess I made a mistake there.
