I was given the impression that cancelling my three months subscription would mean that it was an immediate termination. Instead, I am now paying for a six month subscription for something I have not used.
The product was marketed to be suitable for young person with ASD but in fact did not align with the emotional literacy constraints that comes with ASD. My son became upset when attempting the book. I tried to return the book and was given an address that doesn't exist (confirmed by the UK Post Office). I would not trust this company. £22 out of pocket!!
