Company is a scam. Had to return a $500 projector. I tried to cancel the order, was told they were unable to cancel item and to return it once it arrived. We sent the item back the same day it arrived. Then they said they were unable to locate item in the warehouse….this was in November 2025 it is now April. They are thieves and con artists. Avoid at all cost.

Bought a watch for about $120. It’s a shitty Temu watch that went on sale for $40 on Amazon shortly after purchase. I inquired about a return, followed instructions and paid $25 for shipping. They did not pick up the return from Canada Post and have ignored my inquiries.

I bought the women’s smart watch ( big baddie small ) in good faith online from their web site because our stores here didn’t have any in stock so I could not see it.
It arrived way too big for me and is not for swimming as the web description suggests

On the description for the watch it shows a swim symbol. Good ? No, because when you get the watch the booklet says this watch has a water rating of 3 ATM
Upon looking it up : quote : “ it can handle light splashes, rain, or handwashing but is NOT truly suitable for swimming”
You need 5 rating or more for swimming
I felt let down also by the return experience:(
This took a while with frustrating loops to no where on the web chat trying to initiate a return , then trying to call the number that they list for us to call only to hear a recorded message that says “ go to the chat “
it was like going in circles.
I finally did get a response by email saying I’d have to pay for shipping it back and that Only if it’s defective will they cover return shipping. Their web site for this watch doesn’t mention that . Says free returns.

Note : Walmart is way better had I bought it there as they treat you as a valued customer and any item under $250 they can do an immediate refund to your card with no hassle at all leaving you with a happy feeling.

So , I’ve packaged it up and hope they see that it is new condition
The watch itself looks nice and is fairly light but I didn’t test it out. I hope others have better experiences. :)

They sell you stuff they don't have and try to upsell you an inferior product. I could never get a ship date on my $600 order. I'm sure they are playing with exchange rates in order to make money even on canceled orders.

Beware of this company. After a few months of discussions with their service department concerning the drone not performing as they claimed it would perform. It was decided to return it for evaluation. After again waiting weeks for a response from them they finally refunded me. But they never refunded the $30 shipping cost I had to pay for the return. I wanted to encourage a Canadian company but to no avail. I own a Chinese drone and never ever had a bit of problems with it. So I will be purchasing another chinese drone .

We initially purchased a drone for our cemetery services based on numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The drone, which we paid approximately $260 for, turned out to be comparable to a low-cost $20 model from AliExpress, frequently crashing after just three minutes of flight. Despite considerable challenges with customer service, we were ultimately able to secure a refund.

Subsequently, we purchased the Potensic ATOM LT from Amazon for around $260, which has performed reliably for 2D and 3D mapping tasks. While it does not match the performance of my personal DJI Air 3S drone—an investment of approximately $1,500 cad—it has proven to be a solid choice within its price range of the company i work for and i believe is a reliable choice for any company trying to do the same type of work.

In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing a drone in the $260 price bracket, we recommend opting for the Potensic ATOM LT rather than from less reputable sources.

I bought a GD99 Drone from Bigly Brothers, On their website they say they do in house financing which is not true and had a lot of stories when I wanted to apply. You have to apply through Sezler and not in house as stated on their website. I received the drone on February 21, 2025 and asked about a scratches on the lenses of the drone on March 14, 2025. I have not used the drone until they actually asked for a video that the drone flies and also a lot of pictures off the drone with the spare blades in the pictures. Making you feel like you are lying.They make you go through the wringer and do not honor their 30 day free return policy, it takes days to communicate with them as they replay every 48 hours. I would not recommend buying from Bigly Brothers.com. Poor quality drones. You can buy these off ALI Express Model AE86 Pro Max Drone, Bigly has 600% markup on this drone

They sell sub-par drones at comparatively expensive prices. Cameras are terrible on their drones. They don't back up their products when something happens due to manufacturer defect. Not very accommodating to help you resolve an issue you have with their products. I wish I had researched their company before purchasing a drone from them. I would have seen that others had similar issues and lost a lot of money because of the poor products they sell. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable drone company.
