Bigmoes diner Wembley restaurant

Relating to your Wembley restaurant on looking at the reviews I noticed that other customers had the same complaint. I came to your restaurant with my daughter on 25 August 2024 for the AEW match at Wembley stadium. I had booked this restaurant well in advanced and to my disbelief the prices on your menu in the restaurant was entirely more expensive. On the website Big moes cheeseburger with chips included is shown £9.95 in the restaurant was £14.95 and the BBq chicken wings on website is shown £6.95 and restaurant price was £8.45 and the water on line menu £1.95 and restaurant price £2.55. This needs to be investigated as nothing online mentioned anything about a price difference. I overheard a couple say the same thing and walked out, I should of done the same but everywhere was fully booked. This company is ripping customers off on event days
I have emailed the company yesterday and have had no response.

Tried to book a table through their…website

Tried to book a table through their website and then go an email back saying 'thank you for your enquiry, we will be in touch shortly'. They never got back in touch despite a follow up email. I then phoned them and was told my table reservation was cancelled but that they would probably have a table if I turned up and waited. The person I spoke to said that the bookings were handled through their head office (I believe they only have 2 branches). I can't comment on their food (it looks nice online) but they have terrible customer service. Very frustrating.

Great Time - will be back

Great Time , good food and really love the 50s vibes. Best milkshake in town! Had an issue with one of my meals and they fixed it almost immediately so i must say they go out their way to make the customers happy! will be back for sure :)

Very disappointing. Waste of money/time

I was excited to go in the restaurant because looking from the outside-in, it looked amazing. When I went in, I was greeted by a staff member who was very quiet and lacked energy. We then got advised to sit at a table which has wet seats so I asked for another. Wasn’t impressed with the size of the table either. After ordering our food the lady at the tills was the exact same with the service - quiet and no energy. I was really relying on the food to be the reason why I came to the restaurant and it was somewhat okay, luckily. However, the following morning I did find myself on the toilet with uncontrollable bowels so something definitely didn’t sit right with my body. I can say I will never come here again that’s for sure.

Good diner, ordering was difficult.

It was good food and good atmosphere. Ordering was a bit of an ordeal as it had to be done via a mobile phone and by scanning a QR code. Service charge was mandatory. We did get there eventually but it took time, nerves and a desperate last-minute search for a free wifi, which was not offered by the Diner.
