We needed a short-term hire, and the experience was fuss-free and friendly, and the fees were transparent and fair. Access was great and the unit was dry and secure. Not much more to say. Excellent.

They kept our stuff safe for over four years, always updating on any changes or issues, greats service and would just like to say thank you. :)

Good, secure storage that was easily accessible. Excellent customer service, quick to respond to emails and very friendly in person. Very reasonably priced.

Staff are fine generally - we don't actually need to have much contact with them. But Big P decided to add another floor to the Halifax storage location without adding another lift. So generally, you're fighting to get your stuff into the lift, especially when the couriers are in there, or someone's bringing their worldly goods in because they're moving and temporarily between homes. So, you can cope with that, but today the lift is broken and there's no alternative way to move your stuff upstairs. As it happened, we could manage, just about - we've left some stuff in the car for the time being - but what about those people on the new top floor with more, or heavier, stuff who face carrying their stuff up several staircases? It's really poor. If you're increasing income by adding a floor, don't make fools of your customers by not adding a second lift at the same time.

I would highly recommend Big Padlock Storage, Halifax. Very clean and tidy, lift and use of trolleys. Staff are amazing.

Excellent friendly and informative service

Safe & secure. Friendly, helpful staff. Simple to arrange & make payments.
Only slight disadvantage was being on top (2nd) floor which slowed loading & unloading.

Absolutely brilliant service cannot fault anything at all. Would highly recommend anyone to use them if or when needed. Had lots cker for approx 2-3 years

The staff were very helpful at the beginning and end of our use of the storage locker. Easy process and great 24hr access and equipment to move everything.

Really positive experience with the Halifax. big padlock - the staff were really helpful and friendly - we had to extend for longer than initially expected and it was no problem. Had no issues with the numerous trips back and forth - no waiting or queuing. After 6 months, all our stuff was in the same condition as we dropped it. Thoroughly recommend

Had never used any storage facility previously and needed something at very short notice. Phoned Big Padlock and they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was explained very thoroughly. The charges are very reasonable; the place is clean and secure. The staff were helpful, friendly and considerate - both on the phone and in person. Would highly recommend.
