I worked as a camgirl on Big7 for several months, and in my experience, the platform is anything but transparent.
They promise 25% earnings – but in reality, you only receive 25% of the net amount, which means you actually get around 20–21% of what the customer pays.
Support is limited to a single person (Viktoria), who – at least in my case – was neither friendly nor helpful.
Additionally, their terms and conditions strictly forbid sharing contact information or meeting users in real life, with heavy penalties for models who do so.
To me, this setup feels like digital exploitation.
There are many better platforms out there with higher payouts, better tools, and actual support.
My advice: Look elsewhere. It’s not always the girls who are to blame.

Bought a blackview n6000 phone that you can't find on the high street. Had questions to ask before ordering.bigseven got back to me with the info I wanted promptly. Went ahead and placed the order. Phone turned up well on time, well packaged, all in order with the charger I needed for uk use. Bigseven big future. Would definitely use again.

I think this is a scam company.

Since I was spending £700 and this was a company I had never used before, I did my due diligence before I placed my order. I checked them out on companies house, read reviews and sent a couple of emails to them which they promptly replied to.

I think placed my order for a Roborock vacuum and paid using Paypal. They sent me confirmation of my order and also a UPS dispatch email. However, there was never any movement on my order. The UPS tracking never updated. I tried to call and email Big 7 and got no reply. Then when I checked back on their website, I noticed that it wasn't working any more. I then disputed the payment with paypal, plus did a chargeback on my credit card. only then did the company get in touch. I had totally lost fait in them by then though so continued to pursue my refund. I don't believe the vacuum ever left their warehouse - if it ever existed at all, and I am just glad that I paid by credit card!

Incomplete order received and no communication or response at all from the company when chased for the last 3 months. Didn’t want to leave a bad review but feel there is no alternative as they have genuinely been poor to date.

Easy to navigate website. Questions answered promptly and received quickly. Amazing prices 👏

Ordered a CPU. 8 weeks later and it hasn't arrived. No answer from Big7.

Sent a return to them in October, it took them a month to clear the item through customs and when they did have turned off their phone line and have not refunded me for the item. It’s been so long I cannot chargeback with my bank for this either. They may have changed owners but DO NOT order from them, I’ve been trying to call and email them for months but radio silence. ordered a roborock in november with a delivery date of Dec 5th 2023. Spoke to them around Dec 7th and was told parcelmwould be on its way within days. Since then no communication received and unable to get hold of them through phone, email, etc, Dont order from them!

I bought 3 roborock revos from big7 last month. They took over a month to arrive. When they did arrive I was told by UPS import taxes were owed. I contracted big7 and they told me "not to worry and it would all be sorted" Since then they have ignored all my calls and emails. Do not buy form this company! SCAM

Wow bigseven bigservice big future. Feeling very unsure indeed I nervously placed an order for a new phone that you can't get up the high street. I did have questions to ask before I pressed the buy button and I couldn't believe the very quick response from bigseven very informative and polite. The order confirmation and other relavent emails came back fast and very clearly laid out and easy to read. The delivery was handled by UPs and again they kept me very well informed about my item and it arrived in good time in good condition and at the time stated. So very well done to big7 brilliant would not hesitate to use again.

I purchased a Samsung Tablet from BigSeven World Ltd (UK) on 19 October 2023. The product was to my surprise shipped direct to me from Latvia. Samsung confirmed that this is a Latvian ‘Grey Import’ and the Manufacturer’s Warranty is invalid and void. BigSeven explicitly stated in email to “I can confirm that it comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty” which was a blatant lie.

It is apparent that BigSeven is a Latvian operation which trades as a UK company and ships ‘Grey Imports’ direct to the purchaser from Latvia with void manufacturers’ warranties. They do not mention this anywhere on their website and this is fraudulent and criminal mis-representation of goods and services. They proposed to me that I should instead trust in their own warranty which requires sending the product to Latvia; good luck with that, see Mark Carrick’s Trustpilot review (updated 27 Sept) to see how that turns out. Clearly a fraudulent business model, not an isolated incident.

I immediately returned the tablet to BigSeven World Ltd unopened and unused at the UK address on the invoice and registered at companies house and also is the sole UK director Janis Kalejs’ correspondence address. Janis Kalej refused to refund saying I should have returned it to a third party in Latvia – I didn’t buy this from a Latvian company, I bought it from and returned it to BigSeven World Ltd whose UK registered address is on the website and was the only address on the invoice. BigSeven ignored all my subsequent emails and I had to invoke PayPal Buyer Protection to recover payment, who found in my favour (but I did not get my postage refunded).

I am suspicious of gushing positive reviews and negative ones refuted by BigSeven as being posted by competitors; you can verify I am a genuine reviewer by checking my proof of delivery to BigSeven by Royal Mail DS116588074GB.

Blatant unlawful mis-representation of goods and services, fraudulent undeclared ‘Grey Imports’ with void Manufacturer Warranties, criminal chicanery, unscrupulous deceit, explicit lies. Fully evidenced; factually accurate review. BigSeven: BigScam. BEWARE!

I was looking to buy a Roborock Q Revo, the only UK site I could find to order from and import was BigSeven and they didn’t have a lot of reviews so I was a big nervous given the cost.

I had some queries quickly confirmed by customer services along with being given a discount code and decided to buy.

There was no reason for any concern, I was kept up to date with the delivery the full way and it arrived as scheduled.

It arrived in perfect condition and is up and running, would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

All went well with the order and delivery.
The TV is good value for money.

I contacted BigSeven because they were advertising a TV for about 20% less then I could get with Richer Sounds. But I also wanted a soundbar that Richer Sounds were able to do for free with the Samsung discount. Anyhow, I was able to negotiate a package deal with them for an overall combined cost that was significantly less than I could find elsewhere.
At all times they were friendly, informative and polite. I'm very happy with the products that I got, and especially with BigSeven's service.

For those of you that do your research, you'll notice that the product codes are related to Eastern Europe, and that the company is registered at a London address. This initially concerned me, however, the TV and Soundbar are genuine Samsung products, with access to the same official warranties and technologically exactly the same as anything you could buy in the UK (it's just the end letter of the product codes is specific to Eastern European countries). I thought it was worth mentioning because though this may give some people pause for thought, in fact Big Seven are a small retailer starting up in a highly competitive business and really are the real deal, so I absolutely recommend them. Their differentiation is great prices and great customer service, and I actually feel glad I supported them as they got going, this is how all business should be conducted!

Great price for a longish delivery time.

The LG monitor was advertised over £40-50 cheaper than competitors. I was a little nervous ordering from a new company and that nervousness did increase a little given the time it took to get the monitor delivered and a cancellation with the delivery company didn't help!

However, around 2 weeks after I ordered it, it turned up all good. In the end very happy with the savings.

Received the roborock s8+ ultra and it’s brilliant. Great service and I’ll be using them again, thank you!

Honestly I was slightly sceptical that I was going to receive exactly what I ordered because the price was so low. However, it arrived exactly as promised with really good communication. Highly recommend you give them a go
