Horrible company item arrived late and not able to contact customer service due to the email provided isn’t valid. Fraud company and I should’ve known it when my bank had to verify the funds. Do not order anything from this site you will regret it. Even though I spent $25 but that’s $25 gone down drain.

Terrible quality, does not suit pregnant person at all and trying to return IS a nightmare.

I bought two dresses, both of which are see through and the material is cheap and nasty. Based on all of the bad reviews about refunds, I’ll just cut my losses. Dresses made in China.

I fell in love with one of the dresses pictured on the site, like an idiot I didn’t do my research, ordered said dress and was very disappointed when it finally arrived in mail. The dress I received was only similar to the one I ordered in color, the cut is different, around the arms, waistline and cleavage area, the rhinestone looking top was replaced by some cheap looking sequins and the material overall just seems cheap. Lesson learned always look into the “company” before purchasing. Not sure how these companies are able to use a picture of a completely different dress to sale some terribly cheap knockoff that barely resembles the photo.

Please do not purchase from this company. It is 100% a scam. I ordered three dresses for my wife when she was five months pregnant. She is due in three weeks and they’re still not here. To insult me even further they have been saying for weeks that the package was on its way. Even gave a fake tracking number that you can’t open and isn’t registered to any of the known parcel services. I’m sorry if you purchased from this company. You were ripped off. Try to file a fraudulent charge with your bank. These people have zero integrity. I truly feel sorry for the souls of the people who run this company.

I asked for a refund for the dresses i got and I attached photos in the email and they are not doing anything about it. I reached out 4 times. No refund.

This company is a FRAUD!

-NO REFUNDS, even though it’s states “refund” on their website

-The items did not match the colour online

-Material is cheap

This company had no problem charging my credit card right away but would not return my items when I received it way over a month! Customer service told me to keep them because it’s too expensive for them to ship the clothing back.

If you purchase clothing from this company just know it will be a final sale or you are in a fight with customer service.

My order arrived incomplete and one of the items was nothing like what was pictured online. When I reached out to the company for a refund, they suggested I give the clothes to someone else if I didn't want them because it was going to cost me to return them. I wish I could leave less than one star, because this company feels very much like a scam. I would recommend finding somewhere else to buy clothes.

Don’t do it! Merchandise is not as pictured. Damaged poor quality and really hard to get customer service. Half my shipment never even came and what I received took about 4-5 week. No returns offered despite the policy. This has been a nightmare! Don’t waste your money!

They deliver their stuff like a month late.

Product was supposed to arrive in 15 days but was never even processed for shipment 1 month later. Company refused to refund the dollar amount so the credit company had to get involved in order to dispute the charge. Good thing they were able to get the money back. Never shop here at all.

0 Stars! I concur with all the other reviews that have been provided. This company is a scam. It took atleast 2 months to receive my items, which I realized as I tracked my package were shipped all the way from China. Upon receiving them, I realized all the clothes was very low quality. When I contacted the company (~1 week after receiving the clothes) to inquire about sending the clothes back to get a refund, they first asked me to provide SKU #'s for an order that they should already have on file???!!!! Secondly, they did not want to give me a refund because too much time had passed since I first made the purchase????!!!!! Thirdly, they wanted to give me a voucher (lower to what my purchase was worth) towards purchasing something else on their website. Lastly, I said I wanted a full refund and asked to confirm where to send the items and have not heard back. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. My Each person I dealt with was extremely flaky. My impression is they don't want to help, they want to avoid/deflect their customers so they can just keep their money. As I stated in my first comment, this company is a complete SCAM, stay away.

0 STARS. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for $140.01 worth of maternity clothes on July 2nd, didn't receive a shipping notification until July 9th and didn't receive my items until over 5 weeks later. I emailed them after a few weeks asking about the status of my order and was told to 'be patient'. By the time I received my items, I was only a couple of weeks away from delivering and no longer needed them. On top of that, every item I ordered fit way too big and the materials/quality of the products are all terrible. I contacted the company AGAIN to request a refund. Note that their website states they will issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of items if you are not satisfied with the product(s). I've now spent over a week in back and forth communication with them trying to get my refund and instructions on how to return the items. Every time they respond they offer me 'options': 1st to re-purchase the same items with a 40% discount, 2nd to keep the items and accept a $53 voucher for another purchase, 3rd a $50 refund. None of these are acceptable options when I spent $140 on items that don't fit, that I don't need, and for products of terrible quality. They refuse to honor THEIR OWN return policy and their customer service is TERRIBLE. This is a bullsh!t Chinese company charging low prices for sh!tty items, I wouldn't doubt most of their reviews are fake. Also, it appears that they screen their reviews.

This company was previously known as Clifun and scammed me a few weeks back. Do not order from them!

This company goes by either CLIFUN or BIGSOIN - bottom line is DONT order anything from them. 2 months later and I haven’t received half my order and I literally just got half of it today which is exactly 7 days shy of 2 months. Ridiculous company and complete business fraud.

I should have read the reviews. They charged me shipping for an order that was supposed to be free shipping. Then, they didn't ship my order. The customer rep Glyn that I have been emailing with just keeps asking me to be patient. I asked for my 73 dollars back if it does not ship Monday and he said I could choose another item. I told him I don't have any confidence that item will ship either. I understand needing to give grace during covid but they simply should not charge until they can ship the items. I think when he said there is a high demand, that means it is out of stock but they are still offering it on their site and charging. I guess it is possible they are just terrible at inventory, but once again, another reason for the company NOT to charge until they ship and offer prompt refunds if they cannot ship the order. I will have to flag the charge as fraud through my bank if they do not refund me or ship my order...
