Clarisa is a wonderful healer. She new exactly how much pressure on the deep tissue and when doing Swedish She flowed like water. She is a very positive, energetic spirit and I'm sure you will be very happy with her expertise

Great professional service nice and neat organized clean individual I'd recommend to family and friends

I went online the morning of Oct 12, 2025 looking for a massage therapist that i could hopefully get into same day. The first place that popped up was someplace called Bigtoe but they were advertising for in home massage sessions and possibly same day, I thought that was exactly what I was hoping for. I have many many health issues that cause more issues and so on but I went through the website and I thought it would be fantastic. I filled out the form of interest what I was wanting and such and it asked questions like would you prefer male, female or open minded. It asked basic but respectful questions . I put in open minded because whether male or female wasnt an issue for me at all and a few min later I got a msg back stating my inquiry was accepted and someone was now assigned and it gave me a start time that was within the time frame I had chosen. The therapist was a gentleman named Andres. He was polite, kind, compassionate, empathetic and showed great professionalism. He showed up on time and was ready when my time was supposed to start. He had everything needed and it was just a fantastic experience. It was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had and feeling refreshed and having the ability to move so much easier was such a blessing.. I felt better than I have in the last couple of years. I will most definitely be using their services again and I hope and pray to be able to schedule Andres again. I never felt uncomfortable during his visit and he was very respectful. I give him a 10 out of 10

Bryan is absolutely wonderful, extremely talented and deeply healing. This was truly one of the best massages of my life. He explained everything he was going to do. He worked on my neck and the base of my skull, I experienced something I hadn’t felt in decades: absolute freedom from pain. It was incredible.
Having the massage in my room was such a gift afterward I was so blissed out, I could simply shower and drift off to sleep, which was exactly what my healing body needed. Bryan is a true miracle worker, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
When I return to the Monterey area, I will absolutely book with Big Toe again and ask for him. Even the next morning, I woke up feeling like a million bucks!

I was charged in full, 4 days in advance. When i reached out to customer support, i was told it was only a "hold". Well, that hold means i don't have access to those funds. Customer support then gave me the link to an article somewhere on the web explaining that this was usual Big Toe procedure. When i told the "person" this article wasn't something available on the app, (which is where i had to go to book the appointment,) i got radio silence.

Having money come out of my bank account at wildly random times while citing an article that you have to hunt the web to find is unethical. Getting radio silence from "support" is wrong. Since they have my money now, this will be a one time event, regardless of how well the massage goes. This is not the fault of the masseuse and he will be treated with all of the courtesy that the company did not offer me.

Duangta was great she was sweet and professional and I really enjoyed my massage it was a perfect combnation of stretich and massage and she was responsive to my feedback I will definitely call her again!

Desi really helped me in my post-surgery recovery with a much-needed deep tissue massage. Her background as a nurse added an extra level of care and understanding, which made a huge difference in my healing. The way she combines her medical knowledge with deep tissue massage is truly amazing—I left feeling both relieved and supported.

They will send somebody out even if you don't acknowledge that that's who you wanted. Once you apply for a time and a person, you have a list of people that it's going to go out to but never tells you that you will be automatically booked with someone ! And at no time did I acknowledge any one of those people and no one got in touch with me, yet they sent them out anyway and charged me. Be very careful....

Santiago was very thorough and constantly asked how I’m doing I felt very relaxed after the massage and felt great the next morning none of my normal aches and pains. I highly recommend .

Aweful should be reported to BBB. They confirm and then cancel 40 min before massage without explanation or apology.

Have been a customer of Big Toe for the last year. At first the experience was great. As time went on the providers given got significantly worse. There was extreme inconsistency in quality of services across each different therapist given. As a reminder they are coming to your personal home and my most recent therapist spilled her oils all over a very expensive piece of wood furniture. She did not reveal to us that she did this and upon her departure we came to find our furniture was ruined. Big Toe customer service was not helpful in finding a solution instead a small 20% credit was given from our service. Extremely disappointing since we were repeat customers and they were not willing to discuss a better solution.

Friendly, on time and provided one of the best deep tissue massages I've had to date
