AWFUL CONCERT VENUE

My children went to a Bastille concert at Big Top Luna Park and had to leave before it even started. 2000 people were standing up inside the venue on a summer evening in Sydney. No water bubblers at all around the place and of course they couldn't take drinks in. Small bottles of water $5 each! They spent $35 on water in less than an hour to try and stay hydrated. They approached venue staff, including first aid, when my son became sick and feeling faint and NO ONE helped out with free water. They left the venue it was so bad in there and lost out on seeing a band they love. $240 lost on tickets. I contacted customer services and eventually management. They couldn't care less - only interested in profit. All I was told was "thank you for your feedback" and "we will pass your comments on to the relevant team". Now I know why there are so many bad reviews about this place. Theses reviews are left for a reason. Awful venue and staff. Spend your money elsewhere.
