Absolutely phenomenal, the whole team were so kind and so helpful, special thanks to Mia Gadd she really stepped up and helped me sell my car. So quick, so smooth honestly could not recommend high enough. They gave me a fantastic price for the car and honoured that the whole way through, if you’re thinking of selling your car these are the guys.

I had tried using Motorway, WBAC etc but kept getting low balled on the offer. It also took a while to get my car into their auction. Then they’d start reducing price because of little things. Always a problem.

Then this company came along. 45 minutes is all it took. Took photos, called in, got my quote, got a little bit more and collected a week later.

Collection process with Andy was so simple. Communication was straightforward and I got the same price paid out.

Would use again without any doubts.

Sent in an initial enquiry using vehicle registration and received valuation through website.
Was asked to upload lots of photos/video which i went ahead and did. I then answered several questions about the vehicle concerning service history/previous owners etc to finally be told that the vehicle type doesn't fit their profile (it's just a standard Ford SUV with 50k miles so nothing out of the ordinary). Maybe they could have told me this at the initial enquiry stage after I added the reg number to save me a wasted morning of taking photos etc. Will use Motorway in future as they seem to have a far better system and will list all vehicles on their auction!

I found Big after being disappointed by an alternative car buying service which used pressure tactics to try and get me to accept a much lower offer.
I had no such problems with Big. After sending car details and photos to be appraised, we discussed what I was looking to accept and it was offered. No hitches.
They arranged collection on a date at my convenience. The driver, Ves, communicated his arrival eta in advance. He was there bang on time and started the preliminary checks with my consent as I was on the school run.
After checking everything was consistent, Ves spoke to Big and they confirmed everything was in order, that I would receive two emails regarding DVLA transfer and payment of my finance and the equity. I'd received the emails before I got back in the house the instructions were easy to follow. I've received my equity minutes later. I'm awaiting confirmation for the finance but expect no issues.

Genuinely really impressive! I got what the amount they offered, the whole team and drivers were super responsive and helpful. Really important to be totally honest about any damage however small to ensure the price quoted is honoured. The driver collecting the car was very helpful. Once the inspection was completed the money was transferred within a couple of minutes.

Having been let down badly by Motorway, I contacted Big Wants Your Car for a valuation. The process was straightforward and we agreed a valuation that was £700 higher than Motorway.
The whole process was done and dusted in a matter if a few days. All of the staff were pleasant and efficient. The pickup of the car was very efficient and the money transfer immediate. I have no hesitation in recommending them
