I took delivery of a wardrobe when opened it was broken in half and the bedside cabinet didn’t arrive!! It has taken me 3 weeks to get a collection and I waited in all afternoon and nobody turned up! They don’t communicate for days or respond to e mails.
Do not order from these jokers.
Avoid Avoid Avoid. This company do not have their own transport and use third party couriers who are absolutely incompetent. The first courier faked my signature and a 5 metre wide carpet disappeared in their system. After a rigmarole, it was eventually delivered but had been bent in half. Big Warehouse offered £100 compensation and agreed to uplift the damaged carpet and replace it with another. They said the replacement was coming on their “own transport” however when it arrived it had also been bent to get it into the back of an undersized third party courier van therefore also making it unfit for purpose. I returned both carpets for a full refund but they then retracted their £100 compensation offer despite doubling the inconvenience caused! Dealing with Big Warehouse might be cheap but it’s stressful and full of excuses. There are some very efficient online flooring retailers but Big Warehouse are not amongst them. (Beware – they also operate under several other names!)
