Very disappointed. Thought I found the right people. Alas. No communication unless I initiated it. Shoddy work product. I did most of the work, gave extensive redo's notes, got 'uhhhh'. Not once did Charl pick up the phone. I phoned him. Guess he is too busy outsourcing the work to others. Told him to keep his deposit, I will find someone else.
