Transfer request order placed from their webseite approx. 2hrs in advance and email confirmation received immediately (from city to saw aurport). Their driver arrived in time and everything was fine. Good and clean car. Thanks a lot to Biivip Service !
Worst company ever!
Avoid booking!! Seat in the car are not safe + petrol smell + 0 A/C feeling like a sauna inside the car!

Can't recommend highly enough. I was travelling solo and never been to Istanbul before. Communication is easy and replies quick and helpful. Most of my communications were on WhatsApp. I used this company three times, airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship and cruise ship to airport.
I was not in the locations I booked due to sketchy information from my travel agents and other confusion on my part, but they waited and found me on all pickups. A UK company would have abandoned me I'm sure. They are polite and efficient. Transport was comfortable and safe and prices very competitive. If u are traveling solo and nervous as I was you are in safe hands
I had booked a private transfer in advance to avoid any kind of stressful situation with public taxis at the airport. Unfortunately it was even worst.
I reached the meeting point at Istanbul Airport at 11:06 AM.
I was with my wife and 3 young kids, including a 6 months old baby.
At 11:07 I sent a WhatsApp message to the local representative, and two minutes later the person arrived.
The person was rude, impolite and almost aggressive toward me. He was eating and smoking whilst I was speaking with him, he said that I had to wait. When I mentioned about my kids, he replied that I had to wait.
I was in a foreign country, he looked very aggressive and there was very little I could do.
We had to wait for over 25 minutes to go to the parking where the car had just arrived.
We left the airport at 11:37, after more than 30 minutes waiting.
The service received was far below expectations and clearly not acceptable.
All my statements are fully documented.
If you are flying to Istanbul I strongly advise to avoid using this company.
