Our church building suffered some damage due to the Walsall earthquake in February 2021. I have given 5 stars because the end result is very high quality. We have had repairs to brickwork, plasterwork and new paint. The contract had the usual level of miscommunicaiton between loss adjuster, surveyor, BI Johnson and site but every time Lisa, Luke and Lee went the extra mile to sort it out. We are a happy client.
Unfortunately had a bad water leak at home and had to go through my insurance to get put right. They put me in touch with these guys who rectified my home beautifully. From presite meetings to completion,the communication from the office and the workmen and standards were excellent. Couldn't fault and would highly recommend!
