Because your order was placed on Easter Sunday, our shipping partners were closed for the public holiday on Monday. We processed your order as quickly as possible and dispatched it via Express Post on Tuesday, the first available business day.

Regarding the product specifications, it looks like there may be a misunderstanding about the sizing. We don’t currently carry this chain in a 60mm width; your order was for the 12mm version (9 inches long).

Received my order in great time only…

Received my order in great time only problem was only 1 item (out of 2 ordered)turned up.
Emailed them straight away, got a response straight away and my other part was being sent out that day. All correspondence was polite and professional. Service is excellent even after all is said and done. Love the earrings and can't wait for my other item to turn up.....highly recommend 👌
