I bought a Segway st3 pro, after receiving an email confirming it was sent, I received a second saying the item was too heavy to ship! I’ve never heard of any th ing so stupid, an item for sale on a website is too heavy to put in a truck 😂.

Double transport charge due to missing item in first order
I ordered an AXA bicycle lock in my first order on 28 May, but for some reason, it was listed as “0x 599” in the order confirmation. I had to place a new order on 10 June to get the lock, which means I ended up paying for transport twice. This has made me spend more than necessary, and I’m hoping something can be done about it.

Budget website with mediocre customer experience
Decent selection of products. However, the product descriptions and photos are rather lacking. The turnaround time (order confirmation, packing goods, shipping & handling) is also extremely slow.

I'm glad you think we have a wide range of products. We actually have over 25,000! That's probably why we're constantly working on improving our text, images and videos (as you point out).
If the products you order are in stock, and ordered before 3pm, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking email the same day. If not ordered by 3pm, you will receive a tracking update the following morning (as in your case).

As they say, one time is no time, two times is many. Both issues could have been prevented with better packaging.

Our warehouse has strict procedures for how the products should be packed. Unfortunately, mistakes are sometimes made when hiring new employees etc.
And sometimes you can also risk that the Norwegian authorities make random checks in customs.
It's the first time I've heard of someone who has experienced this twice(!!)
