Excellent After sales Service
I bought a bike from Bikeroom less than a year ago. After a few months, I encountered some issues with the free hub. Bikeroom helped to diagnose the issue and recommended some fixes. When it didn't work and the mechanic highlighted that the issue could be from the free hub, Bikeroom offered to send a replacement free hub to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the free hub they sent was not the right one for my wheel. After my feedback, they sent another free hub for my wheel to me. With the new free hub, the issue has been resolved.
The entire experience of support from fault identification and replacement parts was good. Very good experience dealing with Bikeroom, a very honest and reliable bike company.
