my experience with this company was terrible I ordered a hawk 250 street legal dirt bike in the process they ship my bike to the wrong person that person put my bike together trashed it and strip parts and then they continue to deliver the bite to me they would not take the bike back at first I had to keep going back and forth with them they would not do their part to file a complaint against the shipping company they tried to pin everything on me and make me do everything when it was not my fault that the bike got delivered to the wrong place in the first I thin contacted my bank and proceeded to file a claim 2 retrieve my money back at this point they were noticed by my bank and then they started to cooperate.it took numerous of phone calls and emails back and forth over a 4 week. And eventually I got them to agree to sending me a new bike they never sent a new bike and the claim guy his name is Mike told me pretty much that I'm going to have to deal with it and they proceeded to file a appeal on my claim. luckily I have a very good bank which is Bank of America and Merrill Lynch they were able to see that this company was a bad company with a bad reputation and had plenty of previous encounters just like this and the end I was rewarded with my money and I still have the messed up bike I tried to contact the company so they can pick their bike up but they never answered my calls or emails even to get their own property I warned you do not buy from this company check the Better business bureau website and type in power ride outlet for all the complaints on this company
