Everything was fine I like the idea of being able to talk to somebody even though it's through texting more than I can say for others I had a good experience

I dealt with Earl early PST today trying to order parts for our two bikes which I previously ordered friction motor kits for both. Earl was very patient with me as my order allowed for free shipping but my problem stemmed from the discount applied brought my order below the minimum $99. He had to explain the discount goes by the price before the discount is applied. Give Earl a raise, at least to the second floor! Thanks you guys, my motor kits get delivered today, looking forward to using them both as we’re retired, I’m 70 and need the help peddling! 🙂

Freddie was awesome...He helped make sure the upgrades i wanted to do were the rite parts for my ride....Bikeberry is my only go to for motorized bicycle parts.

Had an issue with a 2 cycle engine kit. Contacted customer support and they told me they would help me out. They told me what info they needed to resolve the issue. The next day i was happy to see that they were sending me replacement parts to fix my problem with helpful info to make sure there is no further issues. Can't really expect any better than that. They stand behind what they sell. I appreciate that. Thank you Bike Berry.

I got the bt80 kit, couldn't figure out where the bearing was because I had never put an engine together before, after talking to Freddie, we exchanged a few photos with an explanation of what we were looking at and he got me through it in no time. Thanks!

Super easy to reach after purchase over 6 months ago. This was my second kit I purchased from bikeberry, my first one was stolen the day after I installed it....arrgh. The second one, I tried the direct drive, it was so simple to install, and of course, it started right up. Thanks bikeberry, nice doing business with a caring business.

DON'T DO IT. First time ordering from this site. It has not been a good experience, so it will be my last. First, my order had still not shipped as we were nearing day 4, so I called them only to find out they were holding my order due to one item being out of stock, BUT the item was not out of stock when I ordered and paid for it nor was it updated as out of stock when the guy told me that on the phone. He gave me a choice to remove the item, issue me a refund and have it finally ship out the next day, which was day 4 after I had ordered - I agreed to do that. Next afternoon, still no email updates that anything had shipped AND no refund for "out of stock" item, Nothing. I emailed them, and within one hour, I received a shipping email that all items had shipped. Fast forward to tonight when the package arrived. The item I was told on the phone prior to shipping that was supposedly out of stock and to be refunded to me was in the order, but then we had one item missing and another one was the incorrect exhaust altogether. This is absurd. I just don't understand what is so hard about just being honest with the customer, and fulfill the order as they paid for it, OR reach out to the customer to let them know what you do not have in stock and issue them a refund for that item. I have a bad feeling that I will be chasing these people for longer than necessary to get this resolved. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE unless it is one or two items and you are not concerned about wasting your money and time. They cannot handle a larger order or honesty.

Why does my engine and gas tank smell like gasoline

When I opened the box to find no directions just links to advertisement laden videos, I should have sent it back then. This is the 4th bicycle engine I've done, so I'm not unfamiliar with the Chinesium parts and troubleshooting. Got it all installed, runs but breaks up at the top of the RPM band so you get a max speed of about 15 mph, I can pedal faster. Chatting with someone who clearly is just reading a cheat sheet and has no mechanical experience was also fruitless, and once you install the engine its no longer returnable so I basically just wasted $240. I've tried 2 different brand new carbs, 2 different plugs with no improvement. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, this was my first and last purchase from BikeBerry.
