They charged me 10€ for products they never sent me and then they took 47€ from my account for no reason. I asked the money back , but they said i have to write a review to get my money back. I gave them one star and wrote that they took my money and they sent an email saying that i must delete the review in order to take my money back. I deleted the review and asked again for my money and they said in order to give my money i have to write a review saying how helpful they are. I didn't get my money back. They are imposters

I have the worst experience ever this the second time that I’ve being cheated but this is the worst that I will never forgive there sent me a mail that there credited the money back but there are lying there sent nothing and the second time there bridge into my account and deducted 81 USD which is not mine this not fare at all

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, THERE WAS AN ADD IN FACEBOOK FOR PERFUMES, AND I PAID FOR IT, AND I GOT NOTHING, NO COMFIRMATION, NO PERFUMES, JUST NOTHING, THEY ONLY GOT THE MONEY AND DISAPPERED.
AND AFTER ADDING THIS REVIEW, THEY EVEN GO ON LONG NEGOCIATION EMAILS TO REMOVE THE REVIEW FIRST TO REFUND ME, WHICH SHOWS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS ATTITUDE.

Add says Samsun mobile will be delivered. But after paying it show I am a member with trust pilot which o never asked for, but later you said you will refund the amount. Which is so nice of you

I got charged for 41€without knowing the reason, and when trying to cancel i received a compensation email stating that the money will be refunded and it did not refund to my account yet.
Edit :they contacted me the next day again via email that the money is refunded and pending with the bank.

Fraud site.
Charged 10€ then another 40€.

Promised refund but nothing received after 1 week.

Company registered in Cyprus with fictive address.

Even dared to request a positive review here in trustpilot BEFORE any refund.

Definitely a fraud. 'Phising' method : Items advertised in facebook at very low price, claiming that they are an internal employee of a certain company with access to special pricings who had nothing to lose since they resigned/fired recently.

Update 1st April, more than 1 month from initial phising activity. No refund still, customer service keeps on asking 'humbly' to remove this online comment and promising a refund based on their policy I never signed on.
Sorry Sir, no money no honey.
